I love the doctors here but the experience I had with the front desk was not pleasing. I was waiting by the desk to check my son in and we stood there for a few minutes. The guy that was waiting behind us went in front of me and asked the lady did he need to check in and she said yes as she proceeds to check him in, I'm shocked because me and my son was clearly standing there in front of him. Not happy at all.

Love this office! Our kids have been seeing Dr Shamy since birth and we couldn't be happier. Dr Shamy is very patient and sweet with kids. They've also seen every other doctor in this practice at one time or another and each one takes their time at visits.

Extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. My son had a field trip coming up and needed his immunizations records. The preschool is in a church and does not have a fax machine. Unfortunately for us the only way to get the immunizations is by fax or drop off. This is extremely inconvenient. It is 2016 who do you know that owns a fax machine. I called and explained the situation asking if I could send a email with the document attached and was promptly told no. I explained that this office is now two hours from my home and I do not have acess to a fax machine and was told I'm sorry there's nothing we can do. I now have to tell my 3 year old he can't go with the rest of his class because there is no feasible way for me to get this done in time. Someone should definitely update this system. I will be looking for a different provider. We only did the drive after we moved because we wanted to keep our kids at the same doctor's if possible but this alone shows why this cannot work. I remember a time when customer service existed!

Absolutely love this office and all the doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants there. They all are so caring and actually take the time with you and your children. Would recommend this office to anyone!! Thank you for being such a great staff!
