They charge you to drop off prepaid packages and they charge twice as much to ship a small box as the post office does.

My husband and I needed an infant passport photo. The employee was quick to tell us that instead of the $11.95 he may have to charge us $20 if he has to work too hard. (Nice, huh?) We agreed because we needed the photo. He got a decent photo the first shot but when it printed it was extremely light and unusable. So we got a second photo upon which the employee informed us the price would go up $2. Ridiculous because it was his initial fault the picture didn't turn out! We paid the fee and went to apply at the post office for the application, where the worker told us the photo was unusable. The worker had gotten part of the car seat in the picture instead of a headshot. So we had to get yet another picture at the post office and were out $15 for the unusable one. I would have gone back and demanded our money back, but by that time our baby was exhausted and hungry so we ate the money and went home. Horrible experience.

I have had only great experiences with Kolossos. I come here anytime I need a copy job done. They do quality work and get jobs done fast. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
