Frankie Bones is a neat casual restaurant located on Hilton Head island. It is part of a group of restaurants called the Serg Group. The food is good and there are many choices. Meat dishes, fish, vegetarian and pastas. There are special daily. Desserts are great, especially the Carrot Cake. Ask for a discount book. It is valid at any of the restaurants.

Great place with excellent food and atmosphere. We sat at the bar, and the staff and patrons were all really friendly. I've had the prime rib and it is excellent.

Went last night, going back tonight!!
It was a little crowded when we arrived, but we were We got the sausage stuffed mushrooms and pork chop. So good. And the food quickly came out.

FOOD, WONDERFUL!
Not crowded.
Staff treats locals with tlc. Us, not so much.
We felt a chill from the hostess and the waitress. We felt as though we were an inconvenience.
We finally got a smile from our server as she cleared the table just before serving us our bill as though she was saying, glad you are leaving.Could be she was tired? Don't know.
My husband and I looked at each other and said the server at Marley ' s last night was terrific, this one, not so much. This one did her basic job. Period. Served food. You get tipped how you serve.response / report this review -

Absolutely a place to go to on the island Atmosphere authentic felt like we were back in time with the music and vibe..everyone friendly and the food was amazing!!! Melt in your mouth, savory, fresh.. Very impressed! Will be going back.

So disappointed!!! We are locals & have been patrons of Frankie Bones for over 6 years. From the moment we got there our experience was less than pleasurable. The hostesses were rude & unfriendly. We had a reservation which they claimed we made for another night-we called 2 hours prior, knew the name of who we spoke with, and were told that it's difficult to hear on the phone and take reservations?! The other hostess told us she would seat us tonight if we were sure we weren't coming tomorrow and made us feel like she was doing us a big favor. Mind you it was 5:15 and there were 2 of us not a party of 12 and the restaurant was 1/2 full. Our server however, lovely. The food was not what we are used to at Frankie Bones. The prime rib was tough and flavorless and the mashed potatoes had so much salt we couldn't eat them.
Overall very disappointed. HHI had many restaurant options and Frankie's has always been one of our staples. We like to go there for special occasions, entertain out of town guests or just a nice night out, It will take a lot to make us want to go back.response / report this review -

The handful of times that I've been here I have had great experiences. The atmosphere is flawless for the most part, the menu feels a little light on variety but I understand they're trying to fit a certain niche. I love that they actually sell memorabilia on top of their great service. They have a very accommodating bar, and even better food to offer anyone willing to pay. Don't come here expecting to hold onto a lean check for long!

Fabulous food, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere. This place was a mad house at 7pm on a Monday night so be sure to make reservations. Our group had seafood and steak and all of it was great, no complaints! Wait staff was attentive and kept our glasses full. Cocktails were pricey but well made and we enjoyed them. The patio was lovely too - we were worried it would be too hot but between the shade cover and the fans we were perfectly comfortable. Great choice for upscale dining!

Amazing food and the atmosphere was as if we turned time back to to the days of the rat pack and their croning. It was an experience. Our server was very attentive and made the evening so much more special for us.

I probably swing through Frankie Bones 3-4 times a week Being a former restaurant manager, I am hyper-critical Frankie Bones is the best value for quality food / wine that I have found and the service is as good as you will find for the price. Today's lunch was the mushroom swiss burger and a glass of St Francis Cab I am happy camper!!

The environment and food is great. I have been here two times. Once for the first time 2 weeks ago with my friends. Than 1 week ago with my boyfriend.All both times the server's did not do a good job. The first time I went, me and my friends. Just thought the male server was rude. Never ask us how the food was, did we need anything else.So I tried it a week later with my boyfriend. The exact same thing happened but it was a women server. Barely came to check on us and the food was late. She did buy us a dessert, due to her feeling bad about the wait. Its a good restaurant, but the server's are not as good as the food and the environment. Well at least the one we had.
