Nathan was great to work with. Professional, communicated clearly, kept all the details organized for my car repairs while I was on vacation. Even handled my lack of responsiveness with professionalism. Thank you Nathan.

Colleen the service coordinator is great!! The manager treated me like an idiot and laughed at the situation. Instead of making a joke of the situation he probably should have looked at the entire work order as he would have noticed that they did not complete all of the requested work. When asked if they wanted more time to diagnose the critical concern he said no i could take it elsewhere. Unfortunately Colleen works for the manager so her follow-up call probably has little value. it seems that the service manager would understand why customers with the CVT transmission would be a bit concerned.

Poor attitude towards customers and way overpriced. Quoted me $335 for a new rim. I went to two independent shops to get a second opinion and both were absolutely appalled at that price. Not only that, but they FIXED my rim and reinstalled my tire for free. I may be female and not know a lot about cars, but when your service associate picks an attitude with you when you know you can buy the same rim for $70, I will never be taking my business here again. Highway robbery at its finest.

Excellent service on the oil change and tire rotation. Trained staff vacuumed out the inside the SUV. Clean facilities and great coffee. Always a pleasure and recommended to stop in at the FOX NISSAN for best service.

Great service on the oil change and tire rotation. Greeted by name by Nathan. received a wash and the staff vacuumed out the inside. Clean facilities and great coffee. Tasty cookies and popcorn while you wait. Always a pleasure stopping in at the FOX NISSAN for service.

Great service every time I go in person. Although every single time that I have ever called there, a woman answers who usually transfers me to someone's voicemail, where I leave my name, number and why I called. I have never received a call back, and I just get left hanging every time.

Excellent service! I live out of state, but needed to have my linkage unit replaced for my windshield wiper. Fox Nissan just happened to have the part in stock the date I needed to have the work done - as I was heading back the next day. I sat in the customer lounge for awhile and I was majorly impressed with how each of the Fox reps communicated with the customers. They added a personal touch to each conversation which you rarely see these days. If I lived around here, they would be my regular service team. Kudos to Fox Nissan.
