Very professional and competent. Excellent service and installation teams. Welcoming front desk staff.
Our experience was great. They responded quickly to our call, we didn’t have to wait too long for the service, and they came on time. He wore a mask (much appreciated as we are not completely vaccinated yet), and not only fixed our issue, but explained to us how to maintain our AC/humidifier better. Then, we were also very pleased to find the price of the service was reasonable. We will be using Fox Heating and Cooling again. This is a great company and Warrensburg is lucky to have them!
Called Fox Heating and Cooling this morning because our heater decided to tank overnight. We were advised they most likely could not send anyone until tomorrow Scott already came and went! Fantastic service all the way through. Thank you!
Called Thursday morning because my air conditioner, which is still under warranty, stopped working. I was told that I have to wait until Monday for someone to come out and fix it. Now I have to figure something out so my family of 5, not including my unborn child, can be comfortable over this hot weekend.
I had a great experience with Fox Heating and Cooling. My furnace went out over a February weekend. I called on Monday morning at 10:30, was able to set an appointment for 1:15, and Bryant diagnosed my problem within 30 minutes. Despite my furnace being 28 years old, Bryant did not pressure me to get a new system, he wanted to do what helped me. He ordered the part, it came in the next day, and he was able to come install in within 15 minutes of us learning it was in. After installing the part, Bryant took the time to answer a few questions that I had about my heating and cooling system that were unrelated to the current repair. I felt like a valued customer instead of simply an appointment. I highly recommend.
Will never call fox heating and cooling for anything they literally told me they dontt have time to help me
I did not have a good experience with Fox Heating & Cooling. A furnace stopped igniting and Fox was called in to troubleshoot. Their technician informed us that it was a cracked heat exchanger that was causing the issue and the furnace would need to be replaced.
Assuming they were correct, we had them install a new furnace and from what I can tell they did a good job. This is why they get 2 stars instead of only 1.
After disassembling the furnace and having a friend who has a HVAC business look at the parts, the furnace was not igniting because of the channels between the burners were plugged up. Strike 1.
My friend looked at the heat exchanger and upon inspection it was starting to corrode in some places, but there were no cracks from heat stress. These areas would not have caused the furnace to not ignite. Strike 2
I then contacted Lennox to find out about the warranty on the heat exchange. I then discovered that our heat exchanger was still under warranty and could have been replaced at only the cost of labor ~$500 instead of a new furnace at $2400. Strike 3
I contacted the owner of Fox to discuss this and he was kind but not sympathetic and the reason he gave me for the situation that happened was that he trusted the word of his technician.
I would have preferred a different set of events to have happened, but it is what it is. So I would suggest that anyone who uses Fox, to be careful. I'm not saying don't trust them, but at nearly $2000 that is quite a major mistake for a small business to make.
Prompt, quality service!
