I love this Native Santa Fe / New Mexican Owned business! Excellent selection of high quality locks.
Good value for competent , experienced locksmiths.

I called after locking myself out of my car. They sent someone over immediately. Within 30 some minutes of me calling, they arrived, opened the door, and processed the payment. I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but he was friendly, too.

Stopped by on 12/17 for a key copy. Curbside service only. That's ok i understand, i call and notify the employee and they confirmed my vehicle I'm waiting in. He must have forgot about me and started helping others who arrived after me. I didn't have time to wait. Maybe I'll try again in the future. Maybe not

Great small business that's complying with COVID guidance and still rendering great service. Friendly and efficient staff got my work done quickly and brought it to my car. Will use them for all of my lock needs.

4B1 answered immediately and within another few minutes Cameron called me back to arrange coming to the rescue. While other companies estimated between 30 minutes to over an hour to help me out, 4B1 would be at the house in 15 minutes. Even though it turned out a family member had a spare key and I had to cancel use of the service, Cameron was gracious and I will definitely call again if we need a locksmith. Thank you!

I locked my dog in my car and I was mess. They got there so fast and were very friendly. I hope I never do it again, but I will definitely call them again if I do.

They took such good care of me. They were fair and so accomodating with 15minutes left in the work day they treated me like it was 10am. Use these guys. Theyre awesome!

Very professional and Affordable ! Ramos was at our office an hour after I called and had our file cabinet fixed in less than 10 minutes.

Barbara did a great job! We needed a home re-keyed on a Sunday. She responded quickly and was at the house before we knew it. It took her less than an hour to pull cylinders from 6 different doors, re-key them, re-install them and then present us with a new set of keys! And the price very reasonable. Thank you!
