$7.00 for a glass of milk, because my wife felt ill and needed to take a pill. Took the nearly full glass of milk back to the bar, and the bartender told me he couldn't change the prices. A nice guy would have just given me a glass of milk. There's such a thing called manners and friendliness. You have none....

Nice hotel in the middle of magnificent mile. The hotel itself is a bit dated compared to some of the other five star hotels in Chicago, but you won't be able to tell the difference. The views are spectacular, make sure you get a room facing the lake!

Really enjoyed staying here for a few days. Room was perfect for working and was insanely clean. Location was great and the restaurant was second to none. Staff never wasn't smiling and were always eager to help. Highly recommend.

The Four Seasons is the quintessential Chicago luxury hotel where they make you feel at home. From the moment they open the door of the cab and escort you to the curb with an umbrella so you stay dry, until you depart you feel the staff cares. The hot cocoa and cookies in the afternoon and morning coffee in the lobby make your stay feel that much more welcoming. They keep a record of all your quirky needs.The Nespresso machine in the rooms and other amenities are nice too!

A tremendous experience at a dinner buffet... At $200/person, our expectations were extremely high, and to my surprise, our expectations were exceeded. The presentation was excellent, and the cuisine, exemplary. To top it off, our server Maria, as well as the rest of the team, had great attitudes. A definite recommend at double the cost

Exceptional service, tended to every need. No hot beverage amenities in room, so couldn't brew tea. Food in Allium is great. Hotel is very secure, Amazing art works and sculptures dotted around the place. Best hotel gym I've been to, spacious and good selection of free weights. They even carved out a lane in the pool for laps.
