As always I am very pleased with my stay at a Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly and efficient at check in. The desk clerk was able to recommend several nearby restaurants for dinner. King room with fold out sofa was the exact room I booked. Non smoking, away from hall doors, ice machines and elevators. Hotel was easy to spot from I-70. If I need to stay in Springfield, Ohio again I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and handles any needs promptly. Breakfast very good. Easy access from the highway. They give you Bottled water when checking in. It is the little touches that mean a lot.

My stay was brief, so I can't comment on everything the hotel has to offer. It seems like either fairly new construction or recently renovated; that said, it's clean and modern. The fitness center is in good shape as well. I'd stay here again.

Staff is kind and professional. Rooms seem to be plenty big. The hot tub and pool are clean and easy to get to. Breakfast in the morning seems standard across all hotels. The building looks very modern and upon asking it was remodeled about 3 years ago.

My stay was a good experience. Although they were very busy, check-in was fairly quick. The room was very clean; beds were exceptionally comfortable; breakfast had several tasty selections; and the pool was clean and enjoyable.

Excellent hotel. Rooms look very upscale with good styling attention even paid to the bathrooms. Swimming pool area is fantastic. The popcorn in the lobby is delicious and the breakfast is very good as well.

The rooms are to be expected for this price range. The front desk is very nice, and hospitable. The housekeeping staff won't clean your bath if you leave your shower shoes in it Don't expect to use the gym for anything but cardio, and even that is sub-par.

Great location right off the highway. Standard Hampton experience. Clean rooms and a free breakfast. Good food options located within a mile. 25 minutes to the airport.

The quad occupancy beds were very comfortable. Although the linens could have been better. I appreciated the chocolate mints!

Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff . Room was amazing, bed and linens comfortable and very good water pressure for shower.
Only suggestion is to have scrambled eggs with and without meat for people who do not eat ham or sausage products. I really like scrambled eggs, but I don't eat pork other than that I would highly recommend and give enthusiastic five stars

This hotel looks like it's been renovated recently. It's visually appealing. The bathrooms have updated tile floors and granite countertops. It's nice that there's a pool and hot tub, but they use too much chemical. My eyes and throat were burning after 15 minutes. I slept well. The bed is firm, but it didn't bother me. The staff was very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
