As always, its a pleasure doing business with Joe and the Focus family.
The workmanship is always outstanding, but let me say the experience is always pleasant as well. There is the ease of appointments, the clean and professional office, waiting, and rest rooms. The shop is tidy. They always take the time to chat and catch up with long time customers. They give you a straight up diagnosis, and repair list with estimated cost.

I live over an hour away from the shop, and I am more than happy to make the drive to have service performed here. Ive had my 97 Saab 900 for 7 yrs I think, Focus Automotive is the only place I go to have it worked on. We discovered early on that the car's previous owner was a customer too, so I have the benefit of the car's lifetime service records.

If you want the best, look no further.

Very professional and knowledgeable. The work they've done has cleared up issues that were not properly fixed with my previous import specialist. They know their stuff. My Saab is running better than it has in years. I go there for everything now, even though it's a bit out of my way. It's worth it.

I had my 9.3 saab breakdown in Concord and on a recommendation of a friend I had it towed to Focus Automotive. I called the shop as it was almost closing time and advised them that I was having my car towed in and told them the problem. The next day I received a call back from the shop and they advised me what was wrong with the vehicle and also some other items that they had found. They advised seeing as the car had never been there before they gave it a good inspection. The information was very thorough that they reported back. I was advised what was needed immediately and things to look for down the line. I asked them to fix the immediate issues and I would follow up with the others at a later date. They work was done timely and at a fair price. I will definitely will be using them for all my Saab needs in the future. Thank you

I highly recommend Focus Automotive. The shop is very service oriented, they always do a good job, get it right the first time, and they take the time to explain everything. I have a 2003 93SE and Joe is excellent at diagnosing and fixing it so that it still runs like new. He also services my son's 87 Classic 900 and knows just what to look for on those older cars. What I especially like is that they will point out things that should be done in the near future so that I can actually plan ahead for needed work. Always a pleasure to work with them.

We have done business with this family since before they moved to their present location. They have always treated us great and have done nice work at a nice price. Their new location has a comfortable waiting area where you don't mind spending a few hours waiting for your car if you can't leave it off. Rest room facilities are exceptional. We have had our Saabs repaired here and will now have our Volvo repaired here. And the Bosch financing option is great!
