We've owned a lot here for the last 2 years, today was the last straw that finally made me leave a negative review online. All bad reviews from Facebook have been removed so hopefully this one will shed some light on potential buyers.
This place attracts people who complain about every single thing you can possibly imagine, they live for this.
Forget about peace and quiet here, every week I'm waked up by loud pressure washers or other loud equipment, surprisingly always at 8am! Even early birds cannot enjoy their outdoor living due to the noise. Prepare to get wet and foamy when you're outside drinking your coffee in the morning because your neighbor is getting his motor home washed.
What finally made me write this review was a very unfortunate situation which happened today, one of many in this place. Phase 3 investor hired a company to develop new golf course. This company installed sprinklers too close to my lot and wrong design with too much pressure, resulting in water being sprayed all over my lot, my tv, furniture, appliances and all over my tiki. Our water pressure is very low ever since sprinklers were installed. After I complained they started calling me offensive names, yelling, acting very rude and disrespectful. One of the main workers told me straight up he doesn't care about my property. His total lack of professionalism and respect was really surprising. People like him should not be employed by anyone!
This resort looks nice, but do not be fooled by the way it looks. Knowing what I know after those 2 years, I would never buy a lot here. I do not recommend buying a lot here, even though my own lot is listed for sale. At this point I can just write it off and don't care if it sells or not. There are many resale lots available from other owners, just think why?

It doesn't get any better than this!! Fabulous people, amenities galore, and you are not out in the middle of no-wheres-ville. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to go back.

We spent a week in Oct 2017 at MotorCoach Resort in Port Saint Lucie. We have a 41' Class A motor home. We had an absolutely fabulous time, the park is clean, amenities are as advertised, and the Staff is great!!
The RV sites were wide and clean, tiki hut & furniture were in great shape. Parking was really easy. We are planning to return again soon!!response / report this review -

I work here and in the morning it has some if the most beautiful views also the golf course is expertly maintained and the people as well as the staff are as friendly as can be.
