I've been to the PSL West Quest Lab several times over the past couple years. The staff members are efficient and polite. However, they are so busy they sent the incorrect code to Medicare twice and absolutely refused to do a thing about it. I specifically asked if the code was correct for the test and got an affirmative response. I wrote to Quest and they ignored me, other than to send the matter to a collection agency. Typical large company these days. I have received much better success at other labs in the area

It would be zero stars but that wasn't an option! This place is way understaffed! 7:00 Saturday morning and there's a line out the door and around the building, 2 hours later same thing! nobody sitting at the front desk only a sign telling you to be seated!!! O wait there's not even enough seats for the 75 people there!!!! Hmmm let's see if your that busy try staffing more people!!! Complete was of people's time!

I was in and out with NO appointment in about 25 minutes. I was so worried my kindle was not charged but then the nice Middle Eastern woman called me to check in. She was efficient and polite.
Alexa drew my blood. She told me she had been doing this for 15 years. You can tell. She's amazing. I didn't freak out. She was just done. So quick and painless.

Very pleased with the service and staff. Was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Zulmie, the phlebotomist, was very precise and efficient. I felt no pain! Highly recommend this location

Went for blood work and pre employment drug test today. All personnel in this office were very friendly. They made it easy for everything to be done. Alexis and Rhea were absolutely fabulous! Thank you to all of your staff!!

I have never had a bad experience here. The wait time is not bad when you realize the number of patients they see. I have been fortunate enough to have had Alexis draw my blood for my last two labs. She is friendly and the insertion of the needle was painless. Thank you
