I ordered a simple bouquet of peonies for my civil wedding. They’re not in season but I sent a reference picture and was told I could have it. I paid a fortune for 8 stems.
I wasn’t told they would send me a completely different variety of peonies that didn’t have that beautiful multi layered fluffy aspect. They were also FULLY opened and falling apart. There wasn’t one good angle for a photo. It was delivered 3h before the ceremony on a Sunday. I called, left a voice message and emailed - nobody responded. I guess it’s COVID times so BEWARE, there’s no service whatsoever on Sundays!
I ordered some last minute ranunculus from a different florist. On the following day I got the most lame response saying peonies had different phases and they are all beautiful. ‘As you know, we are dealing with nature’, ‘we hope that you are able to enjoy them through all of their stages of blooming as they are fresh’ and so on.
Next day the flowers were melting, 2 days later COMPLETELY DEAD. And I was given another lame excuse. Nothing was offered, not even a nice honest phone call. I asked other professionals if the condition of the flowers was acceptable and they told me ‘ABSOLUTELY NOT’.
I am not someone who leaves bad reviews but I really felt disregarded and wouldn’t wish such disappointment to anyone, specially on their important day. Terrible, terrible costumer service.

There are new and inexpensive flowers in this store! I ordered a bulk of flowers last Monday to prepare for my cousin's birthday. I was amazed when some tips were provided by your staff on how to create wonderful decorations. I don't regret the decision I made to visit your store. Big thanks to you all! It's highly recommended to everyone!

THUMBS UP! This is the best flower shop in the city! Ordered a dozen white roses for my wife to surprise her on our wedding anniversary. The flowers were very fresh and lovely. She loved it! Thank you for the best florist in the city! Always keep your good service and I highly recommend you to others, guys!

I strongly recommend this amazing flower shop to all of my friends and colleagues for sure. Everything inside this shop was fresh flowers and friendly staff. I am deeply impressed by how they handled their many customers correctly with no hassles at all. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! The best of the best!

Gorgeous arrangements!!! Flower Girl is such a talented florist and such a lovely, kind person. Not only Denise but her whole team is such a pleasure to work and collaborate with. i was really expecting something fantastic for $300. completely underwhelming. i would NEVER use them again. I thought Plaza Flowers across the street from me was expensive, but at least their arrangements are gorgeous. Flower Girl--unbelieveably disappointing, never again.
