  I go here every year for flowers and and the accessories that go with them like bases and flags stuffed animals etc
  Employees are always friendly and help you find whatever you need and the prices are reasonable and they don't seem to change as in on memorial Day weekend or times when people buy lots of flowers they don't raise the prices to gouge you. Been going there for over 20 years and I've never once had a bad experience.

  I received flowers on 4/28 that were gorgeous! By around day 9, the roses were spent and I removed them, but everything else was fine so I did some rearranging and set them back out. The remaining flowers lasted until day 14! I was impressed with the arrangement and freshness and lasting ability of this bouquet. I have never had flowers from Flower Bucket but will use them in the future. Highly recommend this local florist!

  Like so many others on this site as well as on Yelp, I had a very bad experience with this florist. Placed an order for a beautiful bouquet in a photo in their website. Unfortunately what arrived was nothing like the picture and did not resemble what I purchased at ALL. It was clearly hurriedly put together and did not contain any of the flowers in the photo. I understand substitutions, but the entire bouquet? When I called to discuss, the solution offered to me was that they would go pick it up - yes, they would go and take it away from someone who had already received them - and would refund my money. Of course they know that no one would agree to such an outrageous proposal. Then they told me that they do not even carry the most prominent flower in the photo and that this was Telefloral’s fault. However, I accessed this photo through their website. Someone should have called me and I would have made a different selection. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me she was very busy and told me that no one intentionally sent out something unacceptable. I have both sent and received flowers from them in the past and have been quite happy so this was an extreme disappointment. I will be unable to use them again.

  Janet made 3 beautiful identical arrangements (same-day!) that were perfect gifts for loss. She knows her craft and the stores’ prices are affordable. Will definitely be back.

  I ordered the standard “Thoughts Of You Bouquet With Red Roses” for Valentine’s Day, which very clearly states in the description “THREE gorgeous red roses”. 3 roses are also seen in the display photo on the website. Yet, the bouquet only had TWO roses. No flower was used as a substitute, and I was not contacted at any point to see if that was okay, nor was I given a discount for the reduced amount of product.
  
  Additionally, the delivered bouquet was left outside on the front porch for who knows how long in the below freezing weather. No one knocked or called the phone number that was given at checkout to tell us the flowers were delivered so they could be brought in. Terrible service and product. We are never shopping here again.
