I have had the privilege of working for Discovery Village for three years now. From my first month working there, I noticed the work culture differed from what I had been use to. The management team is filled with genuine and humble humans! Promoting from within is a common practice and appreciation is showed often! The residents have always been warm and inviting. Most days, it’s my home away from home! We definitely are not perfect but there’s no where else I would rather be!

Discovery Village is a warm caring environment for my mom. I feel the staff truly tries to be caring and efficient. My mom has been there six years and everyone has gotten to know her and is friendly and caring. It is the perfect size for my mom and we all are glad she is where she is.
