Working with Andrew was so pleasant, the parcel listings were full of valuable information and everything checked out with further research through the county, and the financing terms are generous and flexible enough to start living our dream. I've never dealt with a more honest, kind, and sincere group of people in my life. I felt very comfortable purchasing land from Andrew and Felicia. They really take their time learning about the property, city, and surrounding areas to paint an accurate picture for potential buyers. Its rare to find that kind of dedication these days. 2 parcels so far and hopefully many more in the future. Thanks guys.

This was a first time land purchase for me. Buying acreage sight unseen was very unnerving to me. Compass Land USA made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. First of all they are very transparent about the properties making it easy to do the necessary 'due diligence' before buying. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for land. They are professional, transparent and do a great job of communicating each step in the process clearly and thoroughly. Despite the crazy land and housing market in the southwest currently, the pricing and particularly the terms were fantastic.
