  Most staff are great. I've had a couple experiences with two staff members that wasn't great. One was too busy playing games on his phone to be bothered and the other experience the guy (different from the first) knew very little about the products he was selling. That being said the many times I have been there they usually are polite, and quite knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

  Have products in cheaper than most other general plant stores, friendly staff -- they also load your heavy things for you. Normally give discounts for caregivers or patients as well. Worth the stop.

  Employee behind the desk was very rude too me seemed to have a problem that I was new to the area

  Man behind the desk was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. He acted like a complete know-it-all backed up by only his personal opinions. Take your business to a company that actually cares about their customers!

  Awesome staff pretty good prices on most everything too. Better prices than any other hydro store ive ever been to thats for sure.
