I wish if there is a no star option ; this place is horrible I hv lived almost for a year ; it was a hell by 7 pm u won’t be able to get a parking spot even on street ; parking in z premises? Don’t even think about it ; they r going to tow ur car without notice ; the worst management the worst staff; what more can I say ; don’t even consider to move in here

I live in this apartment(8851) for a while now and this apartment is the worst by all means. Roaches, big mouse and rats are existed at the highest level. There building is so old, you can here every bit of noise that comes next door or upstairs. We have complained a dozen times. Rent might looks a bit cheap but the utility bill is at least over $300. We tried to contact the agents but no one seems to care. There customer service is even worst. No one is here to help other than to collect your rent money. I will not suggest this garbage apartment to anyone. Remember this is the apartment that fails to hear the residents complain about the gas leak and follow the necessary steps that could prevent the loss of 8 innocent lives in that fire accident.

There are MICE, BED BUGS AND ROACHES! never come here, it is terrible. People in the office are vey rude and dont want to understand. I never see a mice in my whole enitre life until now that is! How?! Is there somesort of hole in the wall?? Idk bout you but i would never rent her!

In addition to the explosion, a couple months later, two kids got stabbed in the parking lot. Horrible neighborhood, and sketchy residents. I got my package stolen within an hour of delivery! Parking is free, but the parking situation absolutely is horrendous. Looking to move out asap. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The worst place to live. Parking is such a problem pass 9 pm and utilities are unbelievably expensive with the outdated equipments! 👎👎

No stars for this one. This is the worst place you can live at especially from this explosion incident. They could care less about your security and safety of you and your loved ones. They have no sympathy whatsoever !
