Wait and wait for follow up. Website was wrong and I understand this happen,however don't avoid me and never call me back. You can have the site updated but still don't call back or email. 5 days later still waiting. Glad I'm not buying a property this time, when I do I'll be calling someone else. We've dealt with Coldwell banker in the passed without issues.

The pictures on the advertisement make the place look like their is a yard but this property does not have one other than a very small side lawn and a big hill that drops off immediate from the hot hub and goes into a street. This was a big problem for us as we could not let the kids go out to play. The lake is across the busy highway at the bottoms of the condo development. The advertisement makes it look like this condo is a stand alone property but it is one of many in the condo development. The property was nice inside and was well labeled so things were easy to find. It was a good fit for 14 people, including 11 adults and 3 children minus the yard. Internet worked very poorly if at all, however I was told it has been fixed. It's worth asking about if this is a concern for you.

Great vacation. Wonderful package put together by CB for local information. We dined based on the info they gave- all great food options.
Great location! The Deep Creek State Park beach was just 5 minutes away.
Will try to get back to Deep Creek again someday and rent thru Coldwell Banker.

Just returned from a great weekend of skiing. Sheri and her team at CB were wonderful!! Very attentive, calling prior to stay, accommodated early check in and late check out, which made the long weekend even longer.
Had a couple of minor maintenance issues at the house upon check in - they were on top of it, resolved the issues quickly and professionally.
The house itself was amazing, well stocked, and clean.
We will definitely use Coldwell Banker again for another stay at Deep Creek.response / report this review
