Worst possible place to rent from, property manager LISA A MURRAY constantly targets and harasses specific tenants. She turns a blind eye to all the drug addicts who don’t follow Garrett land rules and makes things up just to have an excuse to get rid of the decent people there. Has broken lease agreements stating that they cannot enter your apartment without 24 hour notice and just shows up and enters unannounced. She does not keep up with paperwork properly and will take you to court even though you’ve paid your rent. She does not follow her own rules for the complexes and has been caught speeding through overlook north WHILE we had children outside playing. I HIGHLY don’t recommend renting through Garrett land until Lisa Murray is gone, until then you’d have a more enjoyable stay in a nazi prison camp. They are lazy, hate their jobs and Lisa is constantly making everyone’s life miserable

The employees here HATE doing their jobs, refuse to return phone calls, and are just all round ignorant and rude. I was actually laughed at on the phone discussing a serious matter. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED! Whatever you do make sure you do not have to deal with LISA MURRY. Rude, never returns calls or gets anything accomplished. Just plain lazy at her job!

Had to wait on them for a long time to do the appraisal, at which time, they merely called on the phone and didn't even contact the business I was purchasing the home from. The appraisal had half of the acreage that I actually own in the very lowball total and although mistakes were made they refused to change any of the numbers. Overall, I was very displeased with the service I received from this business.

Sue has been great to us! Although our last landlord gave us terrible rental history by saying we never paid our bills on time, Sue gave us a chance to prove we DID always pay our rent on time or ahead. She has worked with us for over a month to get us moved in for our upcoming baby. Seriously couldn't ask for better help :)
