I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Stuart at this dealership. He was very professional and considerate of our needs. He also was knowledgeable of the vehicle that we were looking at. If you are looking for a salesman that does not push anything on you but helps you get the job done, Stuart is great!

I've never had a bad experience with the team in Greensboro. The service department is professional and that really counts when the actual vehicle purchasing process has really become mundane based on the availability of pricing info. I would recommend them.

I brought my car in to have an issue addressed with a non-functioning exterior door lock/unlock button on the driver’s side rear door. The service techs diagnosed the issue and needed to order parts so I picked my car up that afternoon. After getting the car home I found the rear wheel had curb damage, the rear window no longer worked, the interior door handle was non-functioning and the exterior door handle had the trim fitted poorly. The service write up also now included a line stating that the customer complained of a rear driver side door rattle which was not an issue when the car went in for service. My assumption is that something broke during the diagnosis work causing the window and interior door handle not to work. The trim and wheel curb damage however are just sloppy workmanship. The service writer never brought up any of the new issues caused by the tech and I was left to find them myself. Plus, adding a line to the service write up that the customer stated there was an issue makes it seem like a cover up on someone's part. The service writer also failed to call when parts came in so I could return for service, and upon returning made an excuse for what had been done rather than apologize. Not exactly a great experience.

EDIT: To their credit everything was fixed properly on the return visit.

I DID NOT purchase a vehicle! I was pushed and pushed to one vehicle. I had to ask repeatedly to see others. This dealership had me sign paperwork that they did not sign. That was a huge red flag. I was not willing to go further. When I returned to the dealership to give them back the copies the salesman I'd been working with was in the process of quitting but then sat with me and said not to worry they'd find a vehicle by the end of the day that I'd like. A few hours later I received a call saying there wasn't anything. End of story. Most of this was conducted with my special needs son in tow.
The GM has since informed that the salesman was mad at me. Really! I think it would have been better to say sorry that we didn't meet your expectations.
Thank you. I never took delivery of the vehicle so it was never returned. It never left your lot.The only thing I returned to your dealership were copies of papers that had my signature only on them. No one there signed anything!

I was visiting my uncle in Virginia and he wanted to get a new truck. I called my dealer in Michigan and they did a search for me and said Flow GMC had the vehicle we were looking for. I first contacted the wrong store but they told me they could get me a price and do the deal. They never called me back so I decided to call the Greensboro store where the vehicle was located. I called and talked to a sales person and they got me a price on the truck which was very close to what he wanted to spend. We were paying cash. Called the sales person back and asked them if they could do a slight better price since they had the for almost a year on there lot. She told me her manager would contact me shortly which never happened. After several texts with the sales person I kept being told he would contact me. I was then told the manager tried contacting my uncle which didn’t happen for three days and then suddenly the price was 4K higher then what the sales person told me. At this point we were able to find another truck at another dealer that met most of my uncles wants. As someone who does many deals for people in Michigan and deals with multiple dealers up here this was the worst service I have experienced. I really hope this dealer looks into the way they operate and treat customers.

I went in for an appointment early in the morning, to have an oil change, and tire rotation. Also installed an under seat storage unit installed, I have performed this installation myself in the past so I know how long it takes around 30 minutes. 5.5 + hours later I finally left the dealership. Was not informed about progress, had to go ask. Was informed about a 30k mile service, but purchased this truck with 32k miles certified preowned, the advisor just smiled and said nothing, a part under the hood was loose, and needed to be replaced I was told I would have to go to their other dealership to get this done Flow should be Flow regardless of where the truck was purchased. I had to go ask again about progress, the truck was sitting outside finished for at least 30 minutes while I waited again. I still have not heard back about the missing parts, or the other item they were suppose to install from a previous issue. I will only come here for 1 more oil change, and my inspections would never come here for real service or warranty issues. I should have read the other reviews before I visited.

We were pleased except would have liked our tires to be balanced when they were rotated. Everything else great!

Nick was vey helpful from the first minute we met. He showed us cars that were made for our particular needs. He was good to explain the features to help us make up our mind on a car suited for us. He stayed with us through the entire buying process. We appreciate Nick very much and would want him to help us the next time we go looking for a new car.

Nick was the salesman we went to on our trade. He is very personable and helpful which helps us decide which car is the one for us. We felt like he did his best to give us the best deal possible. We will go to Nick the next time we decide to trade cars.

My car was towed to your lot at night after closing. The next day my
car was inspected, reported to me the problems discovered and after
getting my permission, the car was repaired. I was able to drive it
home that afternoon. My thanks for your efficiency, friendliness
and excellent work. You have maintained and repaired my Buick
since I purchased it from you in 2007. I value our long
relationship and look forward to driving my Buick many more years.

Brought my 2015 Sierra in for a recall and some other minor repairs. I should have known when I dropped my truck off that I should have gone somewhere else. Not even sure the guy that took my information was a service advisor as he seemed clueless. After 3 days I'm told my vehicle is ready, but they couldn't find any issues with the minor annoyances I indicated and claimed they performed the recall which involved some programming of the airbags. When I picked up my truck, there was NOBODY in the service bay. Once I tracked someone down it took over 30 min to find my keys! I was told that one part was on order but I was never (2 months later) informed that the part was in. Not that I would let them work on my truck again anyway. Upon looking at the invoice they mileage in and mileage out indicated they only drive 1 mile, but in fact they drive it over 30 miles! On the way home I noticed a lot of scratches in the windshield from where the technician attempted to clean? the windshield with a sharp instrument in an attempt to fix the wiper not clearing a portion of the windshield. Now I get to look at those lines in my windshield to remind me to avoid FLOW at all cost.

I contacted Rhett after seeing his post. He didn't seem to be concerned about the difficulties I encountered at his dealership. He wanted to argue about where my truck was when I picked it up stating it was in the back that's why it took 45 minutes to find the keys when in reality it was in the front of the service bay. No explanation as to why my seat wasn't fixed properly or why parts weren't ordered. No explanation as to why the technician scraped my windshield with a razor blade and scratched it. No explanation as to the 30 mile discrepancy in the mileage driven on the work order. He did offer to replace the 1/4 tank of gas the technician used to joyride around in my truck though.

I was a favorable experience. Warranty work on a defective torque converter was done in a timely and professional manner. The car has not been driven enough to evaluate if this completely cured the problem but so far the fix seems to have worked. I would have appreciated a more thourough briefing on the repair other than the standard "it's fixed". Informed customers probably will be looking to hear about the parts installed and software modifications required and performed.
