Dear Mr. Parks and Ms. Hardy,
I am compelled to write this letter to let Parks Chevrolet know of the wonderful customer service that I have received from Brandon Suits.
I am a loyal customer to Parks Chevrolet of over 9 years. My husband and I have purchased a new Suburban and a new Aveo, and we are in the process of purchasing a new Cruze from Parks.
Brandon has always been polite and helpful in all the service needs on my Suburban. Not only is Brandon polite and helpful but he is also a honest person.
We had to get a new transmission on the Suburban this year and we did not know that there was a rebate involved. After the new transmission was installed and we picked up our Suburban from Parks, Brandon called me the next day and let me know of the rebate that we had qualified for. Some may think that this was an oversight on his part, but our eyes, that was a display of honesty. We would have never known of the rebate unless Brandon told us.
We continue to be loyal to Parks because of Brandon. Brandon is absolutely a great asset to Parks.
Many thanks for wonderful customer service experience because of Brandon.

I made an appointment 2 days prior to my appointment. I sat in this office for 3 hours to have an alignment and get a new tire. One new tire. 3 hours of my life. I can not believe it. I usually just come here for everything. But, I will never come back here for anything more than required work in the future. This is more than ridiculous.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryant Vinson. He worked diligently and professionally to earn my business. The dealership and the salesman make purchasing a vehicle as smooth as possible. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

We purchased a Chevy Bolt from Parks. The buying experience was great. We test drove two Bolt models and then left to consider things. No pushy sales tactics. We worked out numbers over the phone. Completing the sale in person was painless with no surprises. We haven’t had a need for service yet but can affirm that the buying experience was top notch.

AK was a great salesperson. He made my whole experience extremely easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond what most salespersons would do. He helped not only with corrections of small Minor Details to my vehicle he also helped with loading my old vehicle on a trailer for transport for me.

I worked with AK and received outstanding service. He was not pushy and never once beat around the bush. The finance manager Jimmy was great too. He was able to get us in and out. Also, he didn’t cram a lot of documents at us.

Felt like I was lied to by manager he called set an appointment for me to come in on a promise he could help me. They couldn't help me but took up 4 hours of my day and promised to call me with results. I wanted a used car but they were trying to get me approved for a new car. I will never use them again or refer anyone to them. Very poor customer service.

My experience at Parks was great, this was my second purchase with them.. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Cooke, he was great to work with.. He really goes above and beyond, & he called me today (a week after my purchase) to see how things were going with my new car and to see if I had any questions.. He's great to work with, if you're looking for a vehicle go see him..

I had the pleasure working with Steve Cooke at Parks Chevrolet on the recent purchase of my new Acadia!! I LOVE THE CAR and i LOVED working with Steve! He was so personable and made the whole car buying experience a fun and exciting one, not so stressful or dreadful task that it can sometimes be.
