This store is amazing!! My 12 year old granddaughter is into crystals and I couldn’t get her out of the store, she loved everything. I love all the incense and Buddha‘s. We could spend hours in there.

I love this place. There is such a wide selection of amazing rocks, fossils, crystals, etc. The prices are very fair and staff is usually pretty helpful. The rocks are kind of just all thrown in boxes and not really cared for right. A lot of them are chipped and messed up, but I love this store. I could spend hours in there.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to be! :) The atmosphere here is so calm and beautiful. Everyone working here is eager to work with you and assist where needed. Through their friendliness and openness, I felt very comfortable asking my questions and sharing my ignorance in several areas. I even went back and got my first singing bowl from here! Great Experiences every time I'm in the shop. I highly recommend.

My fiancé and I went to Rocky Mudds last night for the first time and we were very impressed with the store and staff. Great merchandise (great items for Christmas) and George who helped us was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for.

Love Rocky Mudd’s!!! I haven’t been to this store in 20 years. I moved out of state but have recently moved back to the area. The store is much bigger than it used to be. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to George! Very knowledgeable! Rocky Mudd’s has some amazing one of a kind pieces. Will definitely be coming back!

EVERYBODY IN THIS STORE IS AMAZING!! SO WELCOMING AND NICE.. I travel out of my way every time I'm in town just to go here and every time I'm even more impressed. They are always bringing in new products and I love visiting this place. The environment is so inviting and relaxing and the guy with the long hair and beard is so awesome!! I could talk to him for hours. Thank you guys for being so freaking great!! Customer service like this is hard to find these days! Plus everyone, EVERYONE is educated on their products and they're always recommending new products without being pushy! Love you guys!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to after repeatedly bizarre service at Rocky Mudds.

I'd like to start off by saying that the employees make me feel extremely uncomfortable while shopping. They follow you around and watch you like a hawk everywhere you go. I've spent a lot of money here over the years, and every time I go, they make me feel like I am fixing to steal something. I had one employee nearly run across the shop to stand by me (like RIGHT next to me) while I was looking at flourite crystals. This is by far the worst part of this shop, and one that makes me not want to come back. Its obnoxious and disrespectful to the loyal customer base that spends their hard earned money at your shop.

While they do have a variety of interesting items that aren't often found elsewhere, they shop is quite messy and chaotic. Most of their stone jewelry is scattered throughout the store and its pretty disorganized. The owner seemed like he didn't really know where anything was, just kind of aimlessly walked around when I was looking for a specific type of candle holder. Maybe if you organized your store, you wouldnt have to follow people around so much?!

I've also found that they are really overpriced and sometimes throw prices out without rhyme or reason. I went into the new crystal shop, which had a lot of cool items, but many were not marked. The employee was throwing out random prices and trying to convince me that "People jump on stuff like that". I mean, I don't mind splurging a bit on a stone I really want, but I think the prices should be marked, so the customer knows they are paying a fair price for the piece. Not just a random number decided at that moment.

One last thing, their male employees are pretty creepy. Always touching your shoulders and standing too close. My sister had one of the employees come up to "examine" a stone, and stood so close to her his belly was on her arm.

Get it together, guys. You're shop is pretty cute and all, but if you don't stop with the crazed customer stalking, you'll lose a lot of customers.

They always have interesting things and friendly staff. They remember you even if you have not been there in a year. They also know their products well and are always willing to pull things out of cases to let you have a closer look or to demonstrate how something works. If you are trying to have a bad day, stay away or they might cheer you up.

Only down side is that a lot of items are one of a kind so if you want something and don't buy it or put it on lay-away you will have to live the rest of your life knowing that someome else is enjoying life with the thing you said you would get next time. If you want something, put it on lay-away otherwise those pesky other customers will buy it.
