Overall they did a great job,the floors look terrific. We weren't there when the work was performed but the communications were good. The only problem we had was they promised pictures and even after requesting several times never recieved any. I would recommend.

I was told the flooring would be in on Wednesday or Friday of a particular week. It is now 4:30pm on Friday and I have not received a call.

Salesperson Chad was great to work with, he is five star. The installation crews were something else. The wood floor installers came with the wrong color of wood.Not their fault, they brought what they were given. They came back several days later with the correct material.The quarter round they used had several black marks on it which they put in the closet. Did not see that until after they left-had to paint afterwards!!!
The carpet crew was a real disaster. They had absolutely nothing with them to clean up . They tried to sweep the newly installed white rug with the same dirty broom they used to sweep up the dirty concrete floor after they had torn out the old carpeting. I had to give them my dustpan, waste basket and my vacuum sweeper to clean up after themselves!

Floors To Go was great. Watching the installation crew was like watching a symphony orchestra perform. Each one seemed to anticipate what the other ones needed so that the work flowed smoothly and the job was done quickly. Importantly, the cleanup afterwards was just as efficient.
