  Sad to say they are the worst EVER! I will never recommend or use them again. They sent one guy to install our carpet 3700 Sq ft. They (the manager) had to come out several times and they still could not get it right. The staircase was horrible. They had to hire an older gentleman to come redo our staircase after the second time because they couldn't get it right, and he did a good job.
  My carpet doesn't look like it was done by professionals and the older guy agreed especially when the entire house was empty. It was pulled enough. They didn't apologize or offer any of our money back.

  Everything here is overpriced, I'd really shop around because their quote was pretty high for a lesser floor. They markup the material cost quite a bit. It can be hard to find floors in Fayetteville but keep looking. I also find it kind of desperate when the sales staff leaves reviews for their own company. Great job Klinton, keep the fake reviews coming.

  Absolutely the best! Clinton was knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, concerned. He helped us pick a better floor than we had in mind, it was more cost effective, and he always had our best interest at heart.
  The flooring installation was amazing. They called in extra team members and worked until 10pm! They knew our schedule was tight and very unforgiving, and they made it happen for us. I will return for any other related purchases!!
