Go somewhere else. I’ve been here for two years because i haven’t been able to find someone else that takes walkins. They are impossible to get on the phone. They wait months to get bills to you, instead of taking same day copays. Oh and they misdiagnose people. Because of them i had to go to a specialist and get more test for something that didn’t actually exist.

I've been here since 9, it is now 11:30. I do have other things I need to do, I only needed a refill for my inhaler, shouldn't take 3 hours. Update still here at 12:30. Just got into a room, still have not seen the doctor. Avoid this place at all cost!! They do not value your time.

Just reported them to the NC Medical Board by the way. NOT ONE STAR. I sent my daughter there because we could not get her into a chiropractor and she pulled out her back. She was turned away and I quote "I'm sorry the doctor is not taking any patients with pain today! WTH??? What the heck kind of patients would this so called doctor like on a Friday?? I think I may report them to the AMA. First do no harm?? Well you sent a patient away that could have a herniated disc or something!! Don't take your family there they may decide your flu or acute asthma is not what is on their acceptable list. Maybe the locals come in for a pill or two but we expected medical attention not a pill popper!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Front desk receptionist was not friendly at all or acted like they didn't want my service. Told me to come back on Monday as a walk-in although they was open on Saturday. Today is Friday.

People chose places that will treat you with respect and care about your quality of care.

When I walked in it was only 1 person in the waiting room. Funny thing is these doctors are quick to take your money but treat you like crap.

Invest wisely on the quality of your health! Bad customer service was a RED FLAG to me!

The worst place ever! My daughter was sick and we don't have a primary care physician close by so I took her to Stat Care. Bad choice! We waited 3 hours in the waiting room and then an additional hour in the exam room. The doctor came in and spent less then 5 minutes in the room. He prescribed antibiotics but the funny thing is; he had the prescriptions written before even entering our room and examining my daughter. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I question the competence of a physician like that. I will never step foot in that place again.

Dr. Raval and his staff took us in immediately and with great care! We were treated very rudely by a different office and did not receive much help in getting our elderly mother seen. The minute we walked in the door I knew we'd come to the right place. I have read some reviews stating that the wait is long, but Dr. Raval is worth the wait. The office staff are friendly and helpful as well!

I was given this Location as my Provider, I showed up and they refused to see me. I called them and they said they would see me and then I called again and then they said they wouldn't see me. Confusing! My whole family has gone there(3 members and seemed to like the Doctor) but personally I think this is sad. I am bed bound and now have to wait 2 weeks to see another Doctor. Thanks a lot and that's why you get 1 Star get your shit together

Stat Care can not keep their hours consistent. I understand they have set hours; however, on Saturday's their own website says they close at 1:00 PM, when showing up at noon the door says 12:30 PM and while the door was unlocked the front desk claimed they close at 12:00 PM. If a business can't even be consistent with their hours why would anyone expect them to be capable medical professionals. No one visits urgent care centers for fun, and these are not small mom-and-pop business that close when they have a slow day. If thousands of restaurants and businesses can stay open until an actual time of closing why can't a medical center? So disappointed, make the extra drive anywhere.
