Hurricane Ian blew off the majority of shingles off of our roof. Flood Pro’s was able to get there within a couple days and tarped the roof completely to prevent any further water damage. I was very pleased with the response.

Within an hour after my call, Flood Pros arrived at the house with all that we needed to prevent massive damage to the house. Thank you so much for being there to keep our family from suffering financial loss from damage and also keeping us from having to do a substantial remodel! Flood Pros is locally owned and operated - a literal life saver!!

Joe was awesome at communicating and getting a team out to my house the next day. The service was quick and thorough.

We have had recent water damage and have been trying to find a company in the Sarasota area for water mitigation and mold removal and rebuild. We contacted this company because the reviews on Google. We scheduled an initial visit with them but they did not show up, nor did they call to inform us of any delays. Rather when we called them because they were late with no response, the individual we spoke with was so pompous and rude. He kept interrupting and was not listening. He raved on and on about how great the cleaning service was, which is great, but was NOT listening to our concerns and how we already worked with our insurance company to get an estimate and needed to get the work done. He proceeded to be very condescending, telling us that our insurance company was wrong and that FloodPro would probably charge us more money. Ultimately, it was a very unpleasant experience. If you’re in the Sarasota area and are trying to get help from Hurricane Ian water damage. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

These guys and gals are to notch service perfectionists everyone has been amazingly polite, accommodating, efficient, and knowledge. It can be very scary to have your largest investment, damaged in such a way. It makes you feel so much more at ease knowing your choice for home professionals lead you to flood pro's knowing after the long road ahead (we are only half way done ourselves) you/we will be fully restored, can't wait to shake Joe's hand at the end of this, his experience is unmatched in his field.
