I had to lay my father to rest last week and I have to say that I could not have gotten through this horrible time in my life without the help from Vito and the entire staff at O'Shea's.
We spent hours going through all of the details and not once did we feel rushed or that we were just another customer. Vito truly listened to us and helped us make some decisions we were not sure about and pointed us in the right direction with certain things.
He explained everything thoroughly and I cannot recommend them enough.
They did such an incredible job on everything. Very detail orientated and made sure to check all the boxes so there were no surprises or missing information so that way this transition period was as smooth as possible.
The wake was extremely hard to get through as expected but the whole staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I noticed that the prayer cards had run out and one of the staff was nice enough to bring me into the office to grab more and let me choose which one I wanted since I didn't have a chance to pick one out. I chose the one with flames and an eagle since I know that would have been my father's choice.
A++ stand up staff that goes above and beyond and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Vito and your entire staff at O'Shea for helping and caring about us during this hard time in our lives.response / report this review -

This group and all its employees are the best I've ever experienced. They are understanding, compassionate, and just plain good people. The limo driver was terrific, and the funeral director, Vito, was there for our every need. They filled our mother's wishes perfectly and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you!
