  Roofing company was excellent in all areas of service from the first meeting of salesperson to the last inspection of the job.
  Each day the roofers cleared the work area and left the project area cleaned.
  All the personnel from the roofers to the project manager were very professional in their job and respectful of our property. The project manager came back daily to monitor our roofing project and clued me in on the progress.
  This is a classy company that I would recommend to anyone who is considering a roofing company. The project manager kept me informed daily of any additional costs that may be needed or required as the roof demo was proceeding. In my case, my roof needed additional new plywood which needed replacement,

  Overall one of the best experiences I have had with what is one of the most daunting home improvement projects one can take on. From sales, office staff, work crew, and ownership, the staff across the board is A+.
  
  We used Larry Haight’s Residential Roofing to replace our end of life torch down roof with a new IB PVC roof. We had received bids from multiple contractors for our job, varying from replacing with TPO or PVC, and the bid from Larry Haight’s was competitive, but we thought that the IB PVC product was just the best material for our 1927 home to last for years to come. Outside of the competitive bid and product, what set Larry Haight’s apart from the others was their old fashioned and professional approach. Mike came out and was very knowledgeable off the bat about what needed to be done on the initial roof inspection. Other companies from this point would just email me their bid, but Larry Haight’s sent George out to explain the bid to us in detail and to answer any questions for us. This was no-pressure, old fashioned, and very much appreciated. When we decided to choose Larry Haight’s, George came out again to go over everything once more.
  
  Upon signing, we then worked with Heidi & Shirley, who were both always there to answer any of our questions and keep us updated around scheduling. From signing to completion took about 5 1/2 months, but that is to be expected during the rainy season and with a flat roof. During this time, we had a minor leak due to some flashing around a chimney, and Larry Haight’s sent someone out the next day to wrap our chimney until they could come out to do our job.
  
  When our job started, the crew showed up on schedule and were ready to go. The crew was also very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable whenever I had questions. They were also very meticulous and would tell me they needed to replace something that I would have never been the wiser. The crew took great care of the property while they were here, and I also noticed that their trucks were also in tip-top shape as well. I never had a doubt that we were in good hands. It ended up raining on the day our project started, and the crew secured everything and came out during the storm the next day to ensure our roof and home were safe. Taking off a roof and having it rain sounds very stressful, but I felt like we were in good hands with this group.
  
  Finally, once the job was complete, Mike came out to do a final inspection, and Michael Haight met with us as well to discuss how our project went. Aside from this roof, we had a small section of tile roofing that also needed attention. Larry Haight’s recommended a contractor who could do this roof for us, and we went with them as well and had the same experience as we had with Larry Haight’s. Others would just say “we don’t do tile roofs” or would opt to replace it with asphalt shingles on a 1927 Spanish Style stucco bungalow…no thanks. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during one of the more daunting home improvement projects, and we definitely made the right choice.

  I contacted Larry Haights roofing company last year to have them install a new roof on my 350 sq. ft. garage addition. I made a point to contact them in advance of the structure being ready for the roof due to the supply chain problems businesses were still having back then. They had an estimator come and give me an estimate. We agreed that I would let them know about two weeks in advance to schedule the install. There was a slight problem when the roofing material I wanted was not available. That problem was resolved shortly. The crew spent two days on the install and did a very nice job. The only other issue was they installed the wrong color trim that did not match the rest of the roof. I think that was just a miscommunication issue. Once I mentioned it they returned promptly and installed the correct color trim. Very pleased with the finished product. They installed a new roof on the rest of the house about 10 years ago and have had no problems. Very friendly and professional front office staff were a pleasure to work with.

  I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Larry Haight's Residential Roofing. Going into the project they had a great reputation for quality of workmanship and the team lived up to it. Roofs can be complex projects and they maintained good communication throughout to minimize any surprises. I'm really happy with the new roof. It looks great and I have confidence it will last a long time.

  I had contacted Larry Haight's Roofing to check a soft spot on a section of my roof and upon further investigation, the cause of the soft spot was that the roof was "sweating" and the plywood underneath was beginning to deteriorate. We decided to go ahead and have the whole roof replaced. I requested a quote from Michael and received a very fair price. We accepted the quote and asked to be put on their schedule. Though they were quite busy at the time they were able to squeeze us in.
  
  The installation went very smoothly with both Michael and David keeping me updated daily on the progress of the project. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner. They protected the landscaping around our home from any falling debris and cleaned up everything at the end of each shift. Our roof looks amazing. I really appreciate the work that they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service.
