  There’s a reason these guys are 5/5 with over 100 reviews. Brandon got us a house in a phenomenal area during a crazy housing market, and he did it all while we were in a different state. Can’t recommend these guys enough (and the last two people I recommended are also in their new houses now.)

  Hands down the best home buying and selling experience I have had has been with Louis and Innovative Group team. We recommend them to all our friends and they can’t say enough great things about their home buying experience either. We lean on Louis for his expertise on real estate planning and never feel unprepared during the process. For the best home buying experience, use The Innovative Group!

  This review has been a long time coming. My wife and I worked with Brandon's team at the Innovative Group last year. In short, they are the best realtors in Colorado Springs. Reasons: 1. Honesty: We want the right the house for us, not just any house many times we walked in and loved a space and Brandon pointed out all the reasons we should pass that's gutsy, and we loved him for it. 2. Connections: Brandon is a true local and has deep family connections to Colorado Springs as well as being a realtor. He knew everyone in town and was able to get conversations with people that I'm sure no one else could have gotten, simply because he's been in the business long enough. 3. Patience: He's not pushy, nor is he a shallow guy. It's a big decision to buy a house and he was incredible at not pushing us into something, even though the crazy market could have been an easy excuse to tell us to go bigger faster and get out of his hair.
  
  When it comes realtors in Colorado Springs, I would not work with anyone else. I would not trust anyone else. Brandon is the best, and you should use the Innovative Group. You won't regret it.

  Brandon is the co-owner of Innovative Group and is far and away the most customer-centric professional with whom we had the pleasure to work. He was incredibly responsive to calls, texts, and emails. He listened to our requests and made accurate recommendations based on our feedback. He has a plethora of knowledge in home construction and craftsmanship having grown up in this profession. He fought for us when problems arose and I will recommend him to anyone who asks for a realtor/broker. Our young family could not have asked for a better person to handle every aspect of our first home-buying experience.

  We worked with Louis and the team at The Innovative Group to sell our house in Fountain. It was a pleasure working with such professional and friendly agents. They walked us through each step of the process and were always available anytime we had questions. With the market as crazy as it is right now we weren’t sure what price to ask for our home. Louis produced an outstanding and well prepared market analysis for our home which helped us settle on our asking price. I feel they did a great job of marketing our house. The pictures they had taken for the listing were professional and helped highlight the key features of our home. In the end we got way more than we ever expected for our home. Louis and the team are a great group of people. Thank you for all your hard work. You can’t go wrong listing your home with The Innovative Group.
