  I was working as a PM building a custom home in CDM when my HVAC subcontractor set off the fire sprinklers. The water that came out of the sprinklers flooded the 2nd floor and ran down the walls to the 1st floor causing extensive damage. This all
  Took place on a Friday afternoon which didn’t help the situation but I was so happy when I contacted Flood Pro. We discussed my situation and he offered suggestions and his recommendations. He sent over one of his field crews to test the percentage of water, and locate where all the water had leaked to. They set up the fans and tented the areas. During this process of dry out the owner followed up with me numerous times and the field team came back every other day to check the process. They were always professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who finds themselves in need of this specialized service. Thank you for the outstanding work.

  Terrible company. Stay away from it. They started working on the water damage in our home more than 1 month ago. After working 1 day in our home and removing the walls, suddenly, they disappeared. They left our home in a horrible situation before finishing their job. We have no interior walls; the front door entrance is blocked and half of our home is covered with plastic drop cloths. They claim they are busy and will come to our property when time permits. No business should be running like this. They must not accept the job if they don’t have time. Give yourself a favor and stay away from this business. They are irresponsible.

  Flood Pro was one of several companies to bid on an elder relative's home restoration after the home flooded. Tyler, the project manager, was polite, professional and followed through with everything he said and what was asked of him. The crew was great too. Couldn't have been a better experience.

  I highly, HIGHLY recommend Flood Pro. My experience with them began with a tree root infiltration of my sewage pipes. They were so great at remediating the problem that I asked them to totally gut and remodel the affected bathroom. That process was so smooth, hubby and I hired them to remodel the rest of our 1200 square foot townhome. Flood Pro's prices are fair, they are responsive, and only quality work is delivered. Tyler and Vince, I cannot sing your praises high enough. We love our home, thanks to you!!

  Flood pro was called from HOA and arrived the day of flooding on Aug 31st. We had to leave and go to a hotel. I came back the next day to all our furniture and belongings from the master bedroom and bathroom and hall bathroom moved/put into boxes and placed into the living room. The hall cupboards were taped off and I couldn't get to my $2300 cash that was packed away in my secondary makeup bag. Two days later when I was able to tear down the taping and retrieve my makeup bag all of my cash was completely gone---stolen from our house!!!! For your reference, I will post a pic of the police report as soon as I receive the print out. Another important detail is 2-3 Flood Pro workers were the only workers in our house during this time. The plumber was the only other worker there and he was ONLY there while the owners were present. Please do NOT choose this company. They are not trustworthy nor do they care for you and your vulnerable situation. Worst of all my renter's insurance doesn't cover anything but $200 for cash theft. Karma is an awesome thing, however.
