James Bruno of Albrecht, Bruno, O'Shea has worked with my family for over 20 years. The level of care received at Albrecht, Bruno, O'Shea Funeral Home is beyond compare. To say it is a family owned and operated business is an understatement. From the moment you arrive with your family members to make final arrangements to the moment you and your loved ones arrive back from the cemetery, you are treated like a most cherished family member. When you are processing your own loss, James and his staff take care of everything, even before you can think of it.
Along with the impeccable customer service, I have to hand it to James and his staff for also having a high level of artistry. I really don't know how else to say this, but every one of my loved ones not only looked like themselves, they looked better than they did when they were sick. When I looked upon my loved ones I saw them, I saw the good times, I saw the happy memories.
Would highly recommend. Sadly have needed their services multiple times over the last few years. Each time everything has been handled professionally and reduced our level of stress. We worked with James who is a gentleman and helped in every way imaginable.
My father was waked their last night and as soon as we entered the door before seeing my father laid out the funeral director asked my mom if she had money envelopes. That was extremely insensitive trashy and down right disrespectful. Then today after mass the car w coffin didn’t wait for everyone to line up they left before my fiancé n kids and my brothers wife and son could line up. And then we sat outside cemetery office for a half our waiting for our funeral director to arrive to sign us in. I would def not recommend this funeral home …, awful awful awful
They were amazing. Thank you O’Shea Funeral Home for doing a fantastic job on my nephew Jayden’s funeral and thank you Mr.Bruno for all your help. Thank you so much for your sensitivity and patience during a very difficult time. We appreciated the kind gestures it was so thoughtful.
Richard Albrecht is scum. My father died. We had them handling paperwork. We said no service. He continued to try and sell us a service and went as far as using terminology such as "..I don't want to put my hands in your pockets.." I hope the place crumbles to the ground
