If there was a minus 10 you would be receiving it.
My son and I ordered a medium pizza.
The dough was under cooked, scant amount of pizza sauce and the center of it was cool.
You are nowhere near the "best pizza" anywhere.
In regards to the owners response, I find my reviews irrelevant. This is a set account for such cases. The fact that your restaurant served undercooked food is more concerning !!response / report this review -

I just had a pizza there last Saturday night. It was made very well. It had tons of sauce, just the way I like itloaded with cheese. I had it custom created with mozzarella AND cheddar. Toppings were ham, the Maui mix, which is the candied bacon and pineapple mixture, and the Maui chicken which is way better than the plain old chicken, to me anyways. To top it all off, I had the buffalo ranch sauce done as a nice drizzle going on top of the pizza. Was probably one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Then I got their homemade ranch sauce to dip each bite I took, so I needed about 4! 😄 ✌

Great customer service, and award winning pizza. Fast, fresh, & delicious! I love that they are still offering daily specials, even through the pandemic.

Authentic delicious pizza! Tasty pizza sauce. Happy hour deals best in town. My grandchildren love when I treat them to Flo’s! All other menu items are well prepared and good value. Staff are friendly, helpful and swell. My “go-to” for pizza in Grand Rapids

My favorite pizza place..☺ soooo good.. definitely my go-to pizza place. I haven't found another pizza place that offers carmelized mushrooms and onions like they do. Not sure why not, cuz it tastes awesome..🍕 And for GF crusts, they've got one of the best tasting around, hard to find another that can compare.. plus they've got 12' GF, so that's a plus for me..👌 I definitely can't stay away from Flo's for too long I usually go there every weekend.. I just can't help it, their pizza is too good or something..🤤

So I stumbled across this place because I was selling something online and the owner happen to buy it. I tried the food for the first time and it was great, I scarfed almost a whole pie down alone. A week later I decided to order delivery again because the food was great, when I place my order I asked for extra pizza sauce and the pizza well-done. I told them on the phone that if I didn't get the pizza sauce it would kind of ruin the order for me I'm kind of a pizza sauce addict, and no extra pizza sauce makes for a very sad customer. When the driver got to my location and dropped the food off I brought it to his attention that they did not bring the sauce. He said he was a new manager and he was actually the one that took my order he took the blame and apologized. He also didn't make me pay for the charge for the extra sauce on my order. All was well, the pizza was not well-done but had good flavor just like the last time. I also ordered boneless BBQ wings which were GREAT. They were hot and delish. The wings made up for the lacking in the pizza dept. The driver was nice and sincere, the food came on time, and overall it was a 3 star experience. Keep it up Flos- but remember the sauce! The sauce!

$10 1 topping special. $18 for 2 extra toppings! Does that make any sense? 8 dollars for 2 extra toppings. The pizza is good but dang.

4 Of us here at K&M Dodge just ordered lunch - it was awesome, everything from the website to the phone skills of the guy that took our order (Super nice and professional) to the food was excellent! They even tucked the pickle that comes with our wraps under the tissue paper so the chips and wrap did not get soggy! Thanks for a great lunch guys!

There is definitely a reason they say this place makes the best pizza in Michigan!!! My dad originally brought me here when I was younger, I am now grown and have brought my friends here (they have decided to go here for all there pizza as well) Excellent staff and even better food. If you are I town go here!!!!!!

Their Pizza is the best I have ever had. Their sauce is absolutely amazing and their crust and cheese is just as good. I recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

The food is good but the prices are rediculous. It was much better a few years ago before they changed ownership. Most expensive pizza in town by far and average in quality. Largest pizza offered is 14" at the price of an 18" anywhere else.

How does a medium 3 topping pizza that's being delivered less than a mile cost $36?? Absolutely ridiculous, I don't even want to give this place a chance anymore.

My experience started with a rude delivery person that believed she needed a $ 15 dollar tip my dinner come up to $26 for a medium Pizza in one cannoli I handed the lady $40 and she walked away with it. Then after the fact I ended up getting food poisoning this has been a very bad experience from this place.
