My experience with Four Seasons Kanga Roof was excellent! When I called with a concern about my roof, the staff was extremely welcoming and informative. They took the time to understand my concern and walked me through the whole process of roof repair from start to finish. When it came time for them to come out, I was given a reminder of the appointment time and provided more background information on the roofing specialist who would be coming out. My specialist, Mason, was extremely professional and thorough. He made sure I understood what the issue was and all of the options available to me. I would strongly recommend Four Seasons Kanga Roof for your roofing needs!

Very good quality workmanship and quick to get the job done. Needed new roof installed quickly, they had it done in 2 days, they started 3 days after hired. Afterwards they were very good about picking up any nail/screws and any garbage. Very clean and professional and great at explaining what was needed and what they would do to fix my problem.

I paid $50 for them to come take a look at a roof leak, but they sent a sales person. Told me it would be $2500-2700 to repair because he wasn’t able to narrow down the leak area enough without an attic. He said I needed a new roof and quoted 9-12k. My roof is low pitch and very basic but maybe they use high quality materials. Kanga acted very professionally and I don’t doubt they do good work based on some other reviews.

I found another company on HomeAdvisor who did not charge a service fee and sent an actual project manager with roofing experience. He went up, came down, wrote me up a quote for $1,200 and said he didn’t need an attic to find the soft wood spots. He said I had 30 year shingles with close to 10 years life left and I should not be considering a new roof yet. They also warrantied their repair for 4 years. They were booked up for two weeks but the next day finishes a job early and squeezed me in another day later. Took them a little over 3 hours, they showed me the before, during and after photos of their work and away they went.

Dave and Four Seasons Kanga Roof did an excellent job. Our roof had leaks and they repaired them quickly and at a very reasonable price. The work was excellent. Would definitely call them for any additional work.

After doing some research I decided to call Kanga Roof to do a quick roof inspection. I had originally planned just to add some insulation to my attic before winter. I had a feeling it was lacking. I am SO glad I called. They were quick to respond and send someone out. Alex came out and did a thorough inspection of not only the outside of the roof, but the attic as well. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. What he found was a absolute nightmare. My last roofing company did a sub par job and my roof deck was basically rotting away. Alex was able to give me a good price for a new roof right on the spot. My project manager Joe did a great job in supervising and explaining everything they were doing. The crew that came out was very friendly, professional, and hard working and 24 hours later I had a new high quality roof on my house that I am very pleased with. I'm also very impressed with the level of customer service. After the roof was complete they sent a second person out to double check the clean up and make sure it was perfect, and then another person came out to inspect the roof again. In addition, I was able to email Bill Jr at any time with any questions or concerns that I had and he was quick to address them. I would highly recommend Kanga Roof and I plan to use them again for my detached garage.

Great company to work with. Four Seasons replaced the roof and aluminum trim to the awning structure at the back side of the building, damaged severely by a delivery truck early this year. The Church and School are located in the city of Warren, MI.

Work was done well, and in a safe and timely fashion (School had already started for this Fall). Communication was excellent. Cleanup was amazing. Very happy with everything they did for us. Bill and Matthew Burkhardt are fair and wonderful people to work with, as was their roofing and sheet metal staff. The Church had them do other aluminum siding work in addition to the repairs from the damage/insurance work they had already completed.

Would very much recommend this company.

This review has to deal with an employee of this company not their work as a company.I was driving my CHILDREN to the sitters house and this employee was riding my a@$ the entire time laying on the horn as if I had no traffic in front of me,he then proceeds to flip me off. Not a smart idea when you have your company information on the side of your truck.

Everyone has a bad day. I called your business and talked to a person that might be having one of those days. My first call to have a quote done was back in November / December time frame. I was given two quotes, one to replace all the gutters or two, fix the ones I have now. I chose to fix them. The repairman that was out a few times is a great asset to your company. His knowledge and background in this business showed by explaining to me that whoever installed the gutters did not install them properly. I am great-full for him to go out of his way to help. I know this company takes pride in their workmanship. But when you quote me to fix them, that is what is expected. In the future if you see a flaw in someone’s workmanship when quoting, don’t give them the option to repair. I want to thank the owner for calling me personally to get to the root of the problem. After speaking with him, I feel much better knowing that the job is going to get done. A business that calls because a customer is not 100% happy is a business that I will go back to because of their reputation.

Had a bad experienced with them, contacted them because of recent good reviews.The guy that supposed to come canceled the appointment twice and came late on the day of the appointment. I was told that he was coming back in this particular day to fix my roof but no show or call at all!. I called the office and the guy i talked to said to me that he will call me back the following day to fix the issue which he didnt!!Recieved a call after 3 days! Such a waste of time and effort communicating with them!I wouldnt recommend them to anybody!
