I had been searching for a new car for the last few months or so, and came across Used Car Motor Mall in Grand Rapids. I checked the reviews naturally, and I read nothing but great reviews about the place. I had the pleasure of working with Jose; he truly goes the extra mile, is very easy to talk to, and really cares about his customers. On my test drive with my 2016 Hyundai Sonata everything was perfect except the taillights did not work at all; so while I was still there he immediately had them replaced. 100% recommend checking out this business if you're looking for a good used car!

Great prices, friendly service; what more could you ask for! From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Anthony was great! He was informative, helpful and not pushy at all. I called several dealerships with a somewhat unique finance situation and got Jose on a cold call. He was the first salesman that took the time to listen to my situation and respond honestly. 5 weeks past and when I was ready Jose was the man I returned to. What really struck me was that he truly vested time in me and into his suggestions and guidance. I did a ton of research before going in and he never once was short or vague with his answers and information. What really caught me in the end was that he offered me a better deal both in financing and in a vehicle than I was going to offer myself. Now that is a well informed salesman that really listens to your unique needs and a lot to what you really want. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone looking for a down to earth, straight talking salesman that truly listens. Thank you Jose for a great purchase experience and a fantastic vehicle! Couldn't be happier😄

Very satisfied with my visit. Came in with my old 2008 Suburban and left with a 2020 Malibu with only 20,000 miles and only 16,000$ Anthony was very helpful, and clarified things for me to fully understand things. He made sure i left pleased and helped me to get the cheapest option!! Definitely recommend coming here and getting a vehicle from them SUPER HELPFUL!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nick when buying my car. He deserved a medal for how patient he was in allowing me time to make a decision. I never felt like he was trying to force the sale at all. He was very likeable, professional and when I was talking with him throughout our entire interaction, I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a sales person. Overall the rest of the staff seem courteous and pleasant and the building was clean.

Frank was cool right from the start. He worked with me and the money and situation I was in and got me in a 2012 the same day. He also helped me get insurance within minutes. If you go to the motor mall of grand rapids, ask for frank and you will leave more than satisfied!

I went there back in April and got a 2013 Honda civic and I was very pleased. I'll be going back to get another vehicle from them. My friend totalled my Honda and I'm waiting for the insurance company to pay off my loan. They said they can get me into a vehicle with no down payment. I was told I can't get one until I have the letter of intent. I really want a 2016 Malibu. They dropped the price and I would hope the price stays the same and I won't have a down payment. They worked with me and traded my 2008 Saturn for the Honda. I know I'll be going back here to get a vehicle with the awesome staff and the way they work with you. They are awesome with helping you get a vehicle. They paid off My loan I had with my Saturn so I could get my Honda, that was the best part of going here. I told my sister to go there and see what they can do for her. Other dealerships I've gone to would never help me out or they would try and screw me and make me pay way more. I went through car city and they gouged me. I was paying $500 a month and my contact said I only had to pay $380 a month. I will never go back to carry city but used motor mall of grand rapids will try and get you into a car.

Unfortunately, someone swiped my vehicle on their lot while I had my vehicle there for repairs. John, worked with me to get a GREAT price on fixing my mirror. I appreciate the assistance. I will always get repairs here, and the original brake job I went for was done to perfection.

Originally I thought I had a great experience here and come to find out the dealership sold me a car that was involved in an accident that had substantially frame/unibody damage just months before I purchased the vehicle. Never once was that disclosed to me before purchase, if it had been known I would have purchased a different vehicle. All I want is a safe vehicle, I don't think that's too much to ask.
I feel like I got extremely ripped off for overpaying on a vehicle that still has frame damage. It pulls to the side when driving. Not only that but now I am wanting to trade my car in and no dealership will take the car in on trade due to the fact that it was involved in an accident that had that kind of damage. I'm extremely disappointed in this dealership for hiding something like that from me. I feel taken advantage of.

Originally I had a great experience buying my car from here. I was told after 6 months I could trade it in no problem. Needless to say a year later and countless times trying to trade it in was no way successful. Just recently went for the last time to try and trade in my car but because my income is lower now than when I purchased it apparently that disqualifies me from trading it in even with their we finance everybody no credit / bad credit sure we can get you financed. I was told finally I qualified for something and I had to bring in 2 grand for a down payment and I did that. Once I got there to finalize I was told I didn't qualify. After this last runaround I tried for something cheaper but apparently when the sales guys don't feel like they are definitely gonna get a sale they just ignore you and stop returning your calls/ emails. Very professional!! Would definitely suggest any place but here!! After I commented to a customer on their Facebook page about making sure they had sufficient income before dealing with them they blocked me from commenting on their page. If you notice that's probably why they have all good reviews on their page because anything that's the truth and they don't like will get deleted and you will be blocked!!

Manny was an awesome help. One day I saw a red 2016 charger sitting out and I had to look at it. He came to me and asked me if I want this car I told him I was just looking. He then said to me what car are you driving I told him a black 07 charger. He said trade it in and I will give you the red charger. I told him it's a deal. I got a great deal and I love it. He was awesome.
