I purchased a product from Fleming Sales and was led to believe the feight charge would be $6 to $7. When I received the product via UPS Ground the freight charge from Fleming was $18.17. I called the company and was told I should not have been given an estimate because UPS determines the price and Fleming just passes it along. I went to the UPS store with the original box and contents and asked how much it would cost to ship it. I was told approximately $11.
