Went to multiple dealerships and Love Honda was the absolute best for us! Met Bill a few weeks pryer while shopping everywhere for a car and still ran around test driving everything. I was researching my options for weeks. Because of his kindness and overall professionalism, we went back to honda and it was a perfect fit. Everything ran smoothly with zero complications. I'm now a proud owner of a Honda CR-V!!! Karen was also wonderful and funny I might add! Very good at her job! Thank you both so much for making my car shopping experience great.

Its easy to schedule an appointment on the website. Upon arrival, Jodie was right there to check me in. During the appointment, Jodie was very knowledgeable while explaining the work being done to my CRV--and future steps to take.

After 3 months looking for a dealership that would give me a great deal on my new-to-me car, I found it here. Jerry was great with answering questions and never pressuring. Well worth the 2 hour drive from Orlando! The experience was so great that next time around, I will start here. The name fits. Love this dealership.

My advisor was Jodi. She was nice and friendly and even when I told her there was no rush, my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. She answered all of my questions when it came to the pit-stop check up in a way that I could understand. I have a Chevy but will continue to have it serviced here at Love Honda.

We had an excellent experience at Love Honda. Randy in the sales department is a true professional, he found us exactly what we were looking for. Mike is the nicest sales manager we have ever met, he works very hard to ensure all of his customers are happy. Karen in the finance office did a great job working within our budget. We look forward to a long standing relationship with Love Honda. Highly recommended!!

After a horrible experience at a Honda dealer in Wesley Chapel, I came to Love. Not only did they promptly call me back, they had the car I was interested in ready and waiting when I arrived. Unlike Wesley Chapel after scheduling an appointment the day before.
I was met at the door, and worked with Bill and Mike. They were with us well after closing to make sure we got the car and deal we wanted. They had no pressure, and were fantastic in answering our questions. I came home with my new Honda happy with my decision and satisfied with the service from Love. Great people. Don't buy a Honda without talking to these guys first.response / report this review -

Will not be back to Love Honda ever again. Wife took the Honda in for an oil change, ended up being pushed by the service manager to flush and refill the transmission. They were also pushy when she said we would be purchasing a KN filter. The Service Manager Glenn continued to be pushy, making her feel like an idiot for choosing to replace the filter with a KN unit. They failed to honor her coupon for a free tire rotation, failed to honor the coupon for the $10 off an oil change. Instead they conned her into having her transmission flushed due to Florida's "extreme" climate. The van only has 26,000 miles. They also showed her a sheet claiming she needed an alignment.
She called me and I tried to figure it out, Glenn talked over me, was argumentative, and unpleasant. I spoke with Rob who was of zero help, but he did take an additional 10% off the bill, but then whats 10% when you are charging us 10 times what we should have paid for an oil change. AND you charged us for the Tire Rotation and full price for the oil change.
The General Manager, who I spoke with said he would call me back after I voiced my concern, but instead had Rob call me. To keep my complaint quiet, they offered us two free oil changes.
Sorry, last thing I want to do is send my wife in for a free oil change while your service manager belittles and speaks down to her. When they try to add as much unnecessary stuff to the bill to jack the price up.
We will not be returning to Love Honda in Homosassa unless it is with a picket sign.response / report this review -

I only have fantastic things to say about Love Honda. Being from the Orlando area, I was able to negotiate the car I was looking for over text with my awesome salesman Zeff. He was willing to listen to my needs and do what was needed to gain my business. It was as if I was buying a car from a friend. After arriving at the dealership a few days later, the amazing customer service continued. My new car was spotless, and some bonus extras were even thrown in to make my day even more special. The GM Mike and Zeff even played the role of financing and parts since both were closed at the time I could make it. Everything went just as discussed, only better. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and as a person, not as a dollar sign, make the drive out to Homosassa! You won’t regret it!

Horriblemy son bought a car there a 2 weeks agodrove it 2 days and the thing started shaking. Brought it back and they said he needed 4 new tires! Really???? what a joke. If the tires were that BAD that the car started shaking after 2 days then why was it on the lot!!! He had to shell out $400 for new ones. ALSO since he bought the car late in the day, there was no time to "detail" it. He was told to come back. He did a few days later, waited 2 hours only to be told to come back Monday. Finally had it detailed and was WAITING for the FULL GAS TANK FILL THAT THEY "SAID" HE WOULD GET ONLY TO BE TOLD "NO WE DON'T DO THAT"!!!!! WHAT?? Since when does a car lot NOT fill your tank with gas???? He had more gas in the car he left/traded in than the new car had when he pulled off the lot. You should be ASHAMED LOVE HONDA!!!!!!!!! I would LOVE a RESPONSE back from the owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was getting ready to go to another dealership to buy a car. I got a follow up email from Kelly (Sales Manager) in regards to an inquiry I had made a day before. He was very professional and courteous and offered me a price I couldn't refuse. To make a long story short, I ended up buying a new Honda Accord from Love Honda the next day. Trey, the salesman, was also very helpful and answered all my questions. Everything went as promised, and I left happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends.
