We stayed during November. Our 2 girls enjoyed the water park so much. There were a few other activities, but there is more going on in the summer months. The Ticki bar was open on the weekends only. There is a breakfast cafe with really great breakfast. It opens at 8 am. We didn't stay in the resort much, because of other planned activities, but this is really a nice resort and we we're happy with our stay.

We needed to book four rooms for a family vacation that included six adults and four children under the age of five. When we called in advance of our trip to make special arrangements, the staff was incredibly helpful and informative about the facility and the surrounding area. When we checked in, they gave us the four rooms side-by-side, facing poolside. We asked for cribs for the rooms, the staff brought them to us within 20 minutes. Everything we asked for, they accommodated.
The rooms were spacious enough for families to be comfortable, and were clean and well-maintained.
By chance, our scheduled trip was interrupted by Hurricane Irma in September 2017. The hotel staff offered amazing support before, during, and after the storm, even keeping the on-site convenience store stocked and running during the storm. Our only complaint is that housekeeping only came in once during our five-day stay. We were prepared to do without during the storm, but the day before and the day after would have been nice.
All in all, we were pleasantly surprised by the value for the price. We'll be going back the next time we visit the Orlando area.response / report this review -

I went to this resort for my sons birthday. And we had an absolute blast! The water park itself is not that big but a decent size to be right in the middle of a hotel was so much fun. They have a kiddie side, a big slide which my son was too small to ride but no biggie and a lazy river. The hotel rooms themselves are nice amd very clean. It was kind of hard to control the TV but got it to where I needed it. We only spent a night there but I have no complaints. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will be paying this resort another visit in the future!

My review is more like 3.5 stars but I'll round up because I feel as though the hotel is really trying and that's rare. I booked this hotel for a one night stay so honestly my review is tailored more for those looking for a quick stay and not really about the Waterpark.
Pros:
+ Very clean room
+ every employee I intersected with was very friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help.
+ Spacious rooms
+ Plenty of parking
+ Waterpark looked well maintained and very clean
+ Everything was clean
Cons:
- Location not the greatest. (Both physically and due to the neighborhood).
- Older hotel, but very well maintained
- Add in a very high "resort fee" which makes this more expensive than it seemed.
- Thin walls
- Rooms needed a bit more decoration. They were perfectly clean and functional but very bare bones.
Overall don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside the hotel seemed like a bad choice but honestly once inside, this was actually a nice hotel. What hurts the hotel the most is really its location. If this hotel was elsewhere, this would be an incredible hotel that would charge a lot more. Know what you're getting into and if this is all okay, then this hotel should be no problem.response / report this review -

This Hotel is for its price very good. We only stayed for one night, so I only can comment about the room. I had a very good impression, the room was very neat and the bathroom was clean, the AC was working. I subtract one star because the fridge wasn't working, so that we weren't able to cool our drinks over night. But otherwise it was quite good.

This place is amazing. Not to far from Disney. Staff are friendly and professional, very helpful. Great prices for the rooms, which are very clean. Only down fall is there lack thereof a gym. But would definitely stay there again.

Even though they made us pay a resort fee of $28 a night, for a hotel it was a nice place. Their rooms was nice, staff was nice. The kid's had a great time at the little water park they had on site. Only sad thing was it closed at 6 pm. The pool closed at 10pm though. The game room was open all night. Unfortunately we missed the movie & popcorn at 8pm. Would definitely go back.

Took my 3 year old here for her birthday along with my 9yr old daughters, and more relatives. The room wasn't what I expected, Bed spread had a stain, also the bed sheet had a red stain. The Pools was full of ants, they bit myself and my kids up. The kiddie slides was down. We complained and the manager offered us a later check out and told us the kiddie area would be up and running which was not true the next morning it was still down.. If I would've known this at check in, we would've went to anothe resort The lady at the front desk was very rude. I asked for corporate she told me there was no corporate.. My kids say they never wanna go back..

This is a cheap place to stay with water slides, etc. Our toilet had pee stains at the base. Customer service the man who checked us in was rude but the woman who checked us out was professional and nice. The children enjoyed the pools. It would have been nice to have more shaded areas to sit. Their policies are a bit over the top. You pay for your room in advance in addition to a hold. Non guests can use the pool so it is very congested.

We only stayed for one night but the staff we encountered were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and water park and the prices area great. Someone (not my kids) did pee in the elevator but I think that may have been a leaky swim diaper.. eek. Overall, I enjoyed our stay and would go back.

If I could give negative stars it would be a -3. The check in time is so late and then they shut the water park down like a couple of hours later. Then the check out time is so early some of the staff was real nice. Half of the games were out of order and only one of the machines worked in the gym. Or shower was dirty the seats in the movie area are so uncomfortable that half way through the movie we had to leave because our backs were hurting so bad. You would think for the price of a big family pays to stay there the water park would stay open till later. And open all the slides up instead of only two also they should have more tubes for the lazy river. My kids never got to flat on one because the six that were there were being hogged. With all the rooms there only having six tubes seems a little bit of a slap in the face. For the amount of money we spent we should of and will go to somewhere where the management puts care and money back into the hotel

Booked a short stay here for our daughter to have fun at the water park. We were not impressed by the rooms or overall condition of the property. Beds were manageable, the smell of the room was not great but we made it through the first night. The next morning at breakfast was were our minds were changed. This little resort cafe was I incredible! Basic meals that were done very well. Then later while at the pool we order garlic parmesan wings burgers and mozzarella sticks. All meals were delicious! Thank you to the staff and cooks. You made our stay worth it!
