This is one of the best experiences I have had with a retail business. The facilities are clean, the trucks are clean and new. The most important item is is the people, they are first rate, ready and more then willing to help you get your task completed. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to rent a truck or needs storage space.

I used this U-Haul location a few times. They've always had my truck ready and quickly get me moving. They have flexible hours and a truck guarantee. Returns are easy as well, location is near a gas station for a last mile fill up. Highly recommend going here.

Had originally called early in the week to reserve the Uhaul for an entire day. However, when we showed up, thankfully we got an early start, they told us it was only available until 1:00pm. They had double booked the U-haul without any notice whatsoever. Rather than making customer service a priority, they were acting like slimy sales people trying to scam an extra $ off their products. Then, after calling customer service, who was very helpful, we received a call from a manager. His customer service was once again horrible. Rather than give us a credit, he just gave us our original agreement back, to a point. We now had until 4pm to return the Uhaul. That would have been fine, however, that was the original agreement pretty much. There was no compensation for the bait and switch tactic they pulled to make double off one of their trucks that day.
I am not familiar with other moving companies, but I would highly recommend anyone to check out other places before coming here. And to make matters worse, we drove from Harrisburg to Camp Hill to Carlisle and back to Mechanicsburg. According to their odometer, that calculated for over 80 miles of driving. I really find that hard to believe. Maybe it was, but after their slimy tactics to start the day, I lost all trust in this slum company.
There was no turning back that morning either. They know that people need to move and have made plans on that specific day. So they took advantage of that and threw customer service out the window.
NEVER AGAIN will I use uhaul. Worst customer service ever. I even got a reference number from the nice customer service lady. These "sales" people could learn a thing or two about customer service and how bait and switch is NOT a good tactic.

Picking up the truck can sometimes take a long time but drop off is super quick. The customer service is good as well. Plenty of trucks available.

The people at this location are really helpful. They had a great selection, payment options and moving supplies. I got a great box for my flat screen, blanket and a dolly that came in handy. The rates are relatively cheap for a move within the area. The average price is about $150 for a day. That's including fuel. Take my advice when looking moving assistance. They also have storage.

Look for Kyle. He knows his stuff and is very professional.

Stopped in on a Saturday to rent a pickup for a few hours, I was in the truck and on my way in about 5 minutes. Drop off was even easier. Great place to rent from.

Pros: great selection, easy location, professional/courteous staff
Cons: you may have a short wait, depending on when you drop off

Wow, these guys can be busy on weekends.

Despite the long line of U-haul returns that they checked in, they handled my return pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the guys behind me had to wait about 10 minutes for the U-Haul team to catch up, though.

The staff that I met were all professional and courteous. The man that met me at my truck was especially good.

Inside the store, they had a good selection of moving and packing supplies. There were plenty of rentals available outside. Overall, the property was one of the bigger U-Haul locations that I've seen.
