I bought a set of tuning machines from these guys when a representative of Ibanez recommended them to me because they were going to be a few dollars cheaper for what I needed. I understand that they had to have the parts shipped from Ibanez and have them shipped to me which takes time, my problem doesn't start till after I got them. I got the tuning machines with no screws, no problem. I contracted them and they were nice at first, but when I asked when I should hear back from them they responded with "Oh, whenever" and kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk to them and sounded condescending. Something about they had to talk to their "exclusive Ibanez parts guy" which is a load of garbage. I contacted Ibanez directly right after I got off the phone with them and told them what was going on with this company and within 10 minutes I already had contact with the US Parts Master. They sent me my parts. Today I decided to call Drums Etc back and tell them not to worry about it, but their supposed manager acted at first like they we're still working so hard on getting me what I needed, but when I told them that I already taken care of it, all he has to say was "Well, there you go!" I don't think they even tried. After I told him the set was supposed to come with a set of screws according to what Ibanez told me he accused me of calling him a liar and tried to claim that I was trying to say that he took Parts out of my box which I hadn't said anything like that. He was very indignant and was not willing to be civil on the phone so I hung up. If you're needing replacement Tama or Ibanez parts. Spare yourself some time and pay the extra cash to purchase directly from Hoshino USA, the direct parts distributor.

Horrible customer service.came in to buy drum kit and a stringed instrument and was totally ignored.not a sole in the store but me.I guess if your older, you don't matter.bad move. Us older folks have money
