Worst customer experience. They did not print the correct number of tickets we needed 5 we got four. We handed them the receipt with the purchase price but they refused to help. We asked for supervisor and the associate who sold us the tickets. The supervisor told us either to not watch the movie or buy another ticket there was nothing she could do. Watch for what they print and hand to you.

After the showing the manager came to our group to resolve our issue. We talked through the issue and assured us that it was a one time miscommunication and apologized for the inconvenience. We appreciated the speed for resolving the issue.

We waited in line for 30 minutes to get into the movie theater to be seated but the movie was great the theater was clean and we enjoyed the movie at Flagship Cinemas in Homestead nice Improvement but it's a great place to go to watch a movie

It nice, clean for the most part, does not smell. Screens are awesome, so is the sound, but the seats are a bit too close to the ground.
And it's always 68 degrees in the theater.

Love it here. Always clean and so friendly, I have no complaints about them. On the weekends it's full of teenagers that don't always act right but kids will be kids.

DO NOT COME HERE! It's very very unprofessional and poorly ran. Spoke to the manager because they keep moving the spot to where u buy tickets. So after waiting in line for 30 min to see the movie, I was told I was in the wring line to buy tickets after I bought tickets in that same line the last couple times. After explaining this to the manager nicley she just told me that that's too bad. And wouldn't help me get back in the line or anything. Wasted a scheduled outing with family that I never get to see. Thanks for not caring
