Been a patient for 3 years and there hasn't been any improvement. They still use a paper system and sometimes I have been on hold 20 minutes just for simple inquiries. There has been a few good staff over the past few years, like Frances, but they can't keep a consistent team, customer service is lacking, the office manager is irritating and does not aim for patient retention. There is too much disorganization and the doctor is mediocre at best. This last visit, I decided I have to change PCPs.

Great service , polite and profesional staff , good location, ample parking . The Doctor was very kind and knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns . I’d recommend her to all my friends and family .

Worst experience I've every had with a Dr's Office. Saw the Dr about a month ago but after Hurricane Irma I moved back to my hometown. Dr office called me and said the Dr needed to talk to me about my test results. I explained I wasn't in the area and asked them to tell me over the phone. They said they couldn't that I would have to speak to the Dr. So Have the Dr call me please. She never did.Called back the next day with a Dr's name and fax #. I was told by the office manager it would be taking care of. Then the next week the office called again like we hadn't spoke before. Went through all this again. Office manager said we didn't get the results faxed last week. Lost the information. I said then would you please email or mail them to me then and they said the would mail them. I asked again if I could speak with the Dr and he(office manager)told me she doesn't have anything to talk to me about.Then why do i need another appt? I'm having my blood work redone in my home town because I don't trust anything Dr Norma Roche office has told me. Seems like all they care about is charging my insurance for another office visit.

Dr. Roche's office doesn't make me anxious the way other offices in Homestead have made me. Virtually no waiting in the lobby and she still spends time explaining everything. I was/ am in a pretty desperate situation with a medical situation that other doctors have been unable to pinpoint. She is diligently working with specialists and myself to figure this out. I am truly blessed to have such a caring and professional Primary Care Manager. She comes highly recommended.
