  Worst Service Ever! This location, the Keys location and even the customer service center you get pushed to when the local place does not answer (which is never). Good luck trying to give Budget your business, they do not make it easy.

  We moved from Georgia on September 31, 2015 to Homestead, Florida. They were very kind at pickup and drop off points. Prices with discount helped due to limited funds. We plan on using them again, along with referring others to them.

  I'd rate this place a zero but google doesn't allow a zero rating. So 1 i is Smh.
  
  I reserved a truck on Thursday early afternoon for pick up on Friday morning. I received the confirmation and made arrangements around this reservation left fort Lauderdale and got to the hour away location in homestead on schedule. When I arrived I was not greeted by an employee but rather a tacky note on the door stating "yes we're open but we are assisting another customer, will be back shortly."
  I am 7 months pregnant and decided I could not wait any longer to use the restroom which I later noticed they had none, but I run across the street to the nearest establishment with a public restroom and while relieving myself received a phone call from my boyfriend who was waiting for an attendant to assist and told me they finally came but that there are no trucks available. I laughed it off thinking it was one of his sick jokes . However upon my return I there was a young lady on the phone already speakig with the inventory manager regarding my truck rental Or lack thereof. The Inventory Manager explained to me that a reservation is not confirmation and I agreed to the terms and conditions. I did read the terms and conditions and nowhere in the terms and conditions did it state that there will not be a truck and there will be no one to help me. Which is exactly what happened. They had no truck, they didn't notify me of this, and they pretty much told me you're on your own. They didn't offer any assistance or even point me in the direction of another rental company. All she said was that they're out of inventory. First off I find it unconscionable that they would send me a confirmation that they will hold $150 on my credit card however they cannot send me an email to state that they do not have the truck that I reserved. This is not how you do business. I completely understand that things happen and they had no inventory to offer however they should have notified me by email or phone call just the same way that they would have notified me about the payment. All in all it was a very rough move for me and I will never be using Budget again. Nor will I recommend any of my friends or family or anyone else looking to rent a truck to use this company
