  We love our new bathroom! The tub was removed and a shower was installed. It is new and updated, such a difference from our old tub! But, the best part is that it doesn't leak into the basement anymore so we can actually use the shower! They were missing a piece for the finished bathroom, but they came back within a week to complete the project. Thank you for your great service and we will definitely be recommending you to our friends in need of a bathroom remodel!

  Had them do a conversion from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. After having the initial consultation get cancelled because of miscommunication almost everything went smoothly except for a minor glitch in the actual installation date. On the new date, the installers showed up promptly and completed the job in one day. They were very careful as the bath was upstairs and due to the scheduling issues, new carper was installed just three days earlier. They laid down tarps and were extremely careful when removing the debris and the old tub.
  
  The finished product is exactly what we were looking for. I can absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to convert a bathroom, as we did, with our second Master bath.
  
  Had the scheduling issues not arisen, I would have given them the fifth star.

  This was all done by phone. I rent this home out and live in Northern Michigan. I was very satisfied with the process I have never actually seen the work or physically talked to the managers and installer. My Renter would have called and told me of any problems which he did a couple of times and all issues were resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Ted S.

  We just had our walk in shower remodeled and we are extremely happy with the results! Our shower was completely tiled and, after many years, was done with the scrubbing and trying to maintain the grout and mold issues. Joe was the best! He was so kind and professional, took his time and made sure everything was just the way we wanted, making sure shelves were just where we wanted them and that we were happy with everything. I cannot say enough about him and the incredible difference in the way our shower looks. It is beautiful! Well worth the price to know everything from the piping is new and water secure and not just having some new finish glued over the old tile. Would highly recommend them!

  We had the true “before and after” shower… the tiles were falling off of the wall and crumbling! We decided to consult with 5 Star Bathroom and I am so happy we did! Our shower is so beautiful! The salesman that came to our house made the selection process so incredibly easy and he listened to us! I could tell he brought years of experience to the table and made me feel confident in our decision. We had to wait a few months for the new install but it was worth it!!!!! (No fault of the company). This shower is beautiful! Kyle did a super with the demo and install. He asked questions and kept everything cleaned up. I never leave reviews but this company and their employees deserve it. Beni did a nice job measuring the job and reinforcing our decision. Paige is so responsive and has helped with a few details after the fact. They are thorough and provide excellent products! I would use 5 Star again!
