They dont answer their phones, they dont get back to you, they dont communicate, from the smallest employee to the president, no one does what suppose to do. Thank you guys for letting me save my money,

PSA BEWARE: I would not choose this provider for any services. Select a different for profit school where the students education is priority. The company will milk every penny out of you via government grants and then not communicate after they have been paid. They entice you with false promises such as the ability to switch classes if you don't like what you selected, or the ability to reschedule a course due to life. Its been more than 6 months and I have attempted to reschedule my courses due to outside circumstances and they stopped communicating with me. How absurd.
The one PMP course I attended was taught so so haphazardly that the teacher flashes through material so fast you have no chances to digest the content, or even ask questions and when you do ask any questions the answer is glossed over as if we are 20 year veterans working in the industry. It was horrible and everyone in the class was lost.
I was enrolled in classes i didn't care about, and told them i did not want to participate yet was given a difficult time about that.
I was unable to reschedule my other classes and they ultimately said oh well not our problem. This was after they got their money too, so please beware.response / report this review -

MicroTrain is a Workforce training and services provider for the unemployed. This location boasts ample conference, meeting and training rooms. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful as a WIOA partner. They really do mean "We've got your back, back to work". Highly recommend using MicroTrain for extended learning opportunities.

Microtrain offers day, night and weekend classes and this is one of the reasons I chose the school for it's flexibility and various certifications they offered. The instructors are great and they work in the industry they teach. I'm taking classes at the Lombard location and the staff is very nice and helpful.

I selected Microtrain for the various certifications that were offered. Classes are provided weekday and weekend making it flexible for a parent. The Lombard staff is very helpful and works with you in resolving any class conflicts. The instructors are very knowledgeable and explain the material in great detail.
