I hired attorney Brian Miller last year after another driver caused a crash in which I sustained serious injuries, and my vehicle was totaled. This incident occurred in Delaware County, OH.
Mr. Miller and his staff really went the extra mile to resolve my case. In addition to being badly injured, the ensuing nightmare that I would have had to try to navigate with insurance companies would have been completely beyond my scope of knowledge, patience, or time to devote to the endless rigamarole presented by the health care industry and the aforementioned insurance companies. I really could not have gotten through it without the expertise and persistence of Mr. Miller and his staff.
Mr. Miller is extremely competent, honest, intelligent, and has always been unfailingly respectful in my interactions with him. His associates, Stacy Honaker and Adam Slone also devoted many hours looking into and following up on my case with my best interest in mind. Ms. Honaker in particular spent innumerable hours making phone calls, preparing documentation, and communicating with all interested parties to get my case resolved. When I could not walk or drive, she came to me to gather information and prepare documents. Her manner in every interaction was pleasant and professional.
While I certainly hope I will never need this sort of assistance again, I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Miller and his staff again. I have complete confidence in their abilities. In short, Brian Miller is the quintessential attorney as it relates to professionalism, integrity and results! I was a victim of an auto collision by a drunk driver. My husband and I were involved in a pedestrian vs motor vehicle accident in Holmes Co. Ohio almost 3 years ago. I suffered serious injuries to my foot and ankle when we were ran over. We don't live in Ohio, so the worry of medical bills, long-term treatment, and learning how to live life differently was compounded by not having representation until we were referred to Adam Sloan at Brian Miller Law Firm. From the first time we spoke with Adam we felt like a huge weight had been lifted and we no longer needed to worry about our future in regards to our case against the insurance company. Adam and Stacy are quick to respond to emails and calls and they have became more like friends instead of a business acquaintance. Once we needed to get documentation to their office and it had to be done that day. Adam drove 4 hours to meet us half-way, so we wouldn't have to drive back to Columbus from WV, not too many people have this level of dedication, not only to his practice, but to us as individuals. I'm happy to say that our case has been settled, and Adam was able to exceed the insurance companies offer by 5 times the original amount. We highly recommend Brian Miller Law Firm.
