  Harlan Smith was just a blessing to work with he went above and beyond the call of duty by going out in the heat to get his tape measure to measure my bathroom window that’s going to be replaced. Best experience ever with an estimator. Can’t wait to get my new bath room, thank you Harlan Smith!!!

  Noah & Brandon did a FANTASTIC job on our new shower. They were professional & kept me updated on the progress. After job was completed Eric (boss man) came by to see if we were satisfied with the completion of our new shower stall. Awesome job thanks to Noah & Brandon.

  The process from start to finish was very professional and courteous. They are responsive and eager to provide a quality job. Harold and Roy did the tub to shower installation and were excellent. They were efficient doing quality work.

  We selected Five Star Bath Solutions of Arlington to demo and completely replace our more than 30 year old tile shower. Our #1 priority was low maintenance and the elimination of grout! Harlan came out, explained the process, warranty and various options and costs, and answered all questions. He was thorough and patient. Fast forward. ..our installation in now complete. Noah, the lead installer, & his assistant Brandon did an excellent job. They were happy to answer questions about any step of the process, address concerns, and ensure that we were happy with the finished product. The quality of work is outstanding. At the end of each work day, the gentlemen cleaned up the area and were respectful of the rest of the home as well. They even kindly tolerated our array of animals who were under their feet occasionally. Throughout the process, from sales pitch to install, we have been kept in the loop and communication has been excellent. Everything happened on the schedule that was discussed from the beginning. Cannot recommend this company and these installers enough.

  From the sales process with Harlan, to the project management expertise of Eric and the installation team of Noah and Danny this shower upgrade was the best we could have ever thought possible! Five Star Bath Solutions is a company beyond compare fitting our upgrade into an already hectic schedule simply because they knew we wanted a quick solution. Hats off in tribute to the folks at 5 Star Bath Solutions for giving us the greatest shower upgrade and professional installation at a reasonable price!
