*******DO NOT ORDER*******

Most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered ordering in Brooklyn.

Ordered at 8:22pm, it is now 10:14pm and order has not arrived Upon contacting restaurant, I (female) was treated with abrupt and poor customer service, and basically demanded that I accept their lateness because the delivery man was on bike.

However, when my husband called, they were much nicer and apologized to him for the lateness. We read this as extremely sexist. Either way, our food never arrived because the delivery man went to wrong street almost two hours after we even ordered! Unacceptable!

And to boot, when Seamless called them, they refused to accept fault and would not grant us a refund. Now we are forced to call our credit card company and dispute the charge.

It doesn't get any better than this my taste buds are completely satisfied buffalo wings and sweet potato fries had me in heaven Doesn't matter if your just grabbing a bite to go or your gonna hang out for a while, you have options. It's a place of comfort and I definitely felt as though my money is well spent every time I step in the building.. Thank you Molech, Samir and the rest of the staff for making me feel welcomed and appreciated when I stop by I'm coming back cause I feel appreciated!!!

I paid $27 for chicken and waffles and shrimp with grits and let me tell you that food was disgusting! Grits had an earwax after taste shrimp was overcooked and dry the homemade tarter sauce was even nasty. Both chicken and shrimp taste like it wasnt cleaned before cooking even the red velvet waffles was nasty. And my order took almost 2 hours to be delivered! Do not eat this nasty ass food! I only gave it 1 star because I don't know how to give my review and give 0 stars

The Five Spot offers a laid back nice, safe and artistic atmosphere to enhance great food and drink. Tuesday eveningso after work is incredible, starts with a jazz concert, open mic, jam session and moves in into young comedic talent. It always promises to be a fun filled experience.

I came to 5 Spot just because of the live music. They required a band called LIG, who were absolutely amazing! Wings are amazing. Soul sampler was cooked to perfection. Great spot for a Sunday afternoon!

Food was horrible, I came to see my cousin perform with his band, and if not for them I would have left and requested a refund! Greens like dishwater, flavor free fried chicken and macaroni and cheese was tasteless as well. PLUS it was freezing inside. Bar woman (also my waitress) had on a fur coat while serving to try and stay warm!

It was nice to find a soul food restaurant that sold $10 meals. I had ribs, greens and mac & cheese. The mac & cheese looked good, but was doughy. Everything else was good. It's open late and there is an adjacent club with a bar and live entertainmentI need to check that out too. Overall, a welcomed unexpected spot. I'll visit again!
