Adult Instruction on Tuesday mornings @8:30 am with Grant Springer is an excellent program for skills development
Parking is problematic. Although most of the issue is the lack of consideration many of the hockey parents have. I mean who stops their extra large SUV at a point where it blocks people from getting in or out to drop their kid off. And we're not talking just a 30-second drop for whatever reason. It's getting the gear Having side conversations with each other and other people coming in. And I'm not just venting about one incident I observed. I guess that's just the way a lot of the people are in this neck of the woods.
Nice facility. I love the funnel cake fries!
Very nice facility, staff were fantastic, rentals were decent but had some lace fray, good public skate hours and experienced skate guards.
This is one of the nicer rinks. It has open skates for the public. There are 2 ice rinks and an inline rink. Plenty of parking and good locker rooms. I believe it's under new ownership, and they have made some nice modifications.
4 sheet facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. This rink has public sessions, hockey, and figure skating. Drive is about 45 min from Moon.
Some of the rinks could be fixed up a bit. Food is decent and defiantly better rental states. Overall I'd recommend it to people.
This place is a complete joke. Management is awful. The place is completely dirty and disgusting. The mens roller league is pitiful. I can not believe people pay over a thousand dollars to play in a league like this. Half of the games get cancelled and never get rescheduled. It's a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Don't waste your time enrolling in an adult inline hockey team here. These guys paid $1,000+ to play hockey here; half their games got cancelled and never rescheduled, the clock runs throughout every single game they play and maybe take a 2 minute break between each period, the refs suck at making calls and both usually stay at one side of the rink and associate with one another and/or the players, not even paying attention..and last night the refs just left before the game started and never came back when we each of the teams had enough players to play but they didnt wait until 10pm to notice. Also the locker rooms are disgusting- the guys are nearly gagging when coming and going out of them! Management sure is quick to email our captain about our player slashing another and suspend him for 3 games..yes 3 game suspension for slashing (outragious) but whenever we email them to ask about terms and conditions and they can't give you the time of day to return your email. I would neverrrrr recommend anyone to play hockey here. It's a joke.
Since the owner changed the rink has only cared about hockey, they've pushed out most of the figure skaters because of the extremely high prices. Which is sad because the program used to be great, and they're used to be 30 figure skaters at the least. Now it's just the coaches and maybe 10 kids 😔
I do figure-skating practice there, and it's pretty decent. The ice can be strong, but will wither very quickly if you do spins and axels many times. Over-all very good.
