Fantastic Time! Long wait but well worth it! We highly suggest going through both houses. There are small and tight corner areas to move through with visual effects.., if you have trouble walking dont go and make sure to use the bathroom first

This is a great place to go for adults. This may be a little scary for children. Expect to wait in line for about an hour and a half to about 2 and 1/2 hours. You can get both haunted houses but in my experience the main haunted house is awesome and the second one is just black. It's not the greatest it's not the worst but the first one is always awesome. Try and wait for a few minutes if you can before you go in before another party or after another party so that they can be set things adequately to be able to catch the most scares. A fun! And don't freeze. Definitely bundle up. You'll be out there for a while.

It was AWESOME. The scenes were amazing, but the actors didn't really get to act. They just pop out at you or put something loud in your face. Like the actors don't really get to be creative it seems. I suppose Netherworld gets SUPER busy, so they can't really actually act, but it would be awesome if they had the actors be a little more interactive instead of all jump scares or pop out scares. I'm an actor at a haunted house, so I guess my view is a little different. But the scenes we amazing! The outside actors were awesome. And the detail throughout the whole thing was just phenomenal. We will be back for sure. It was definitely worth the money.* Also, if you read all of this, DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING. Netherworld never makes people pay for parking and the people who are charging people are scammers. I made the mistake of paying to park and Netherworld had free parking right down the road, but those people flagged me into their lot so I thought it was part of it. *

Did both haunts. The 3D fun house was a great time. The painting and interactions were awesome. The end was a little foggy to find the way out. Primal scream was a great balance of actors and animatronics. Definitely worth visiting both. Only hint to suggest if it's a week night don't park in the first lot, go further down to tut haunt. There was available parking. It will be interesting when they move to the new location.

By far the best haunted house that I have ever been to. I have visited quite a few over the years. The props, costumes, and make up are next level. They rival the quality of top Hollywood studios. The actors are incredible, and great with the crowds outside. There are a ton of photo ops. I would recommend coming on weekdays, and earlier in the night as the lines can get incredibly long. A+

A must visit if you're in the area and of course if you like haunted houses. The costumes and the haunted house are so well done and even waiting in line you're bound to run into some monster and ghouls. The gift shop is pretty awesome too!

You pay for an experience and that's exactly what you get. If you don't want to wait in lines and just want to visit, go while the sun is still up. If you want the REAL Netherworld, then calm down and stand in line. It lets the tension build. The monsters that roam are great and the Grave digger is so funny he had my group in tears. Truly a world class Haunt.

The level of dedication to the art of scaring is amazing. I am a haunt and horror fan and travel from out of town -- moved from tge GA area -- to come back every year! The actors and effects are outstanding! You can tell that this is more than just a business, this is a family.that wants to scare the pants off you.
This is the haunt that I took my 10 year old daughter to -- it was her first haunt, and I wanted to create a memory for her. She hasn't stopped talking about how much fun she had, and it's what months later.
The price is great and you get 2 haunts with well thought out themes.

This is one the premiere haunted houses in the nation. They know what they are doing. I personally don't get 'scared' in these types of places, but there is definitely a method to their approach. They know how to use misdirection and camouflage. They have their cast lying in wait for people and they always seem to be able to spot the people that are going to scream at the tops of their lungs. It is hilarious!
They have 2 separate haunted houses so be sure to visit them both.
Order your tickets online in advance to avoid waiting in line to buy tickets and check the weather before heading out. Most of your waiting in line is done outside.

Love coming here. They change it up every year so it's not the same stuff of course they will keep a few things in the bigger haunted house .There are two haunted houses one is small only because there's so much stuff happening that you're basically running through the whole thing until the end so it's quick the other one it's is the bigger one you can't run as fast it's about a mile long they have so much different stuff and people popping out their creativity with some of the people is very interesting when you're waiting in line they have the characters scaring you which is very entertaining overall it's a nice thing to do for the holidays especially if you don't have anything to do or if you want to do something different. And if you wanted to go to both the most you would pay would be 30 something dollars but if you want to skip both lines and go to both its $55 so I think the price is not bad at all

Best haunted house attraction I have ever been to. The house itself is about 30 minutes long and they really put a lot of effort into it, and for $5 more you get another haunted house to go through. The secondary house is different every year and a little shorter but it's still pretty good. Depending on where you park you'll have to pay but it's not that much.

The special effects here are amazing. The lasers were so much fun. The actors outside the place were great and very willing to take photos. There's so much to see in every direction. Even the waiting area inside has so much creativity.

However, there could be more actors for more of a scare factor, it was just cool to look at not a huge scare. Obviously not always avoidable, but people definitely aren't staggered enough. The entire meltdown attraction was ruined for us because of a bunch of young kids that wouldn't move forward. At other haunted houses I've been to, actors would hold back people or move along people to prevent this and give time for actors to reset. I got lucky and was able to push through at Monsters and wasn't held back, and it definitely made all the difference in the world. I just wish people were staggered better. We will be back to visit.

Also, I went to two different subways for the coupon. The second subway had the coupon holder with a qr code, but the coupon never came (to two different emails)

Tip: We got there around 6:45p and got parking right by the buildingit was close and it was free there are numerous lots charging $10 to park.
