Awful from check in. no towels in room even though we checked in at 10pm est.was told maybe 30 mins that they were drying. Gave me a floor mat insteadat 11pm at night. Short of helpuniversal excuse. phone doesn't work.safety hazard in my opinion. ..charge extra 30 if you don't check out by 11am..rude clerk.

Worst red roof inn I've ever stayed at. Work table is a round 2' diamter table with a roll up chair. TV inputs are loose, making quality tv impossible. Windows haven't been washed in what seems to be 2 years. No bedside lamps. One good thing.. plenty of power outlets. All in all. don't stay here.

Better than two but not quite a three. It's fairly clean and most of the staff is plesent. There are those though that make this not quite a three.

Modest accommodations and a great please if you have pets. Three is even a very large play pen for your dogs.

I was staying at the knights inn hotel and witnessed a bed bug crawl across the bed after feeling 2 bites on my back so I checked out of the Knights Inn and got a room in the Red Roof across the street they also got bed bugs tore me up on the back of my leg while I was sleeping. I would not recommend these hotels to anyone they needs to spray their rooms & get new mattresses I told the manager and he told me that I must have let mosquitoes in the room and he was not going to refund my card for the room and that I can go elsewhere with my complaints and that he was not giving me another room so I had to check out and go stay with a friend.

I was a long-term guest at this hotel. Some staff members that deserve recognition for their FANTASTIC customer service: Ms. Tammy, Antonio, Rodney, Sam and the young lady that works in the laundry room all great people. Now, management, Danny Patel, is the WORST I have ever experienced at any hotel I've stayed at. Norcross PD are frequent visitors to this hotel because of the type of people Danny has partnered with to stay there. Yes, PARTNERED. In the time I was there, there were drug overdoses (myself and a few other guests found needles dug into the grounds) where guests have died, pimps beating their prostitutes so badly they call the cops themselves, drug deals made with management's knowledge Danny's father has been seen walking the property and entering guests rooms (sometimes WHILE the guest is there), sitting eerily in the parking watching people come and go, he's had a contractor at the property that had the MASTER key upgrading rooms while some guests have Do Not Disturb on their doors, touching their property and moving it, stealing things I could go on and on about why I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here he's fortunate that he has such a wonderful staff. If he knows what's good for him, he'll keep the staff he has because they are all wonderful people . Danny Patel, on the other hand, is a crook and a con man, so if you choose to stay here, please understand the risk you're taking.

PS- if you can, book online. the prices are 9/10 exponentially better than the prices offered once at the property and I hope he sees this review, or at least someone tells him about it :)

Not even 2 hours staying in this motel and the service sucks . WORST MOTEL ! Soon as I checked into the room there was pubes on the desk counter , as well as the bed sheets stained involving bed bugs ! I have a 3 old month boy which is even more worse!!! Came down from Florida to Georgia , we wanted to speak to the manager but he was hiding in his car to make no conversation . I do not recommend this motel! Not even to mention that 2 others as me also got there rooms checked and got kicked out and left with no room but to pay the price ! As soon as we filed a complaint , the manager and his cleaners looked into other rooms to make sure the rooms were clean

Let me first start off by saying if I could give this place a zero stars I would. I completely understand that you get what you pay for and this room was cheap. My problem was not with the room, but more so with the individuals that work there specifically the manager (Danny) who constantly harassed me and my family during our stay to the point of a police report being filed. If you want to be around drugs, drug dealers, drug users ,used hypodermic needles in the parking lot and lots of prostitutes, this is the place for you. Don't stay here, you'll be glad you didn't.

First room we were checked into had dirty sheets and lights in the bathroom we're out. We were then moved to another room which was acceptable for the price, though the a/c leaked into the room but the water flowed out the door so it really didn't matter. Rooms small but bed comfortable. Microwave & fridge. Wi-fi worked fine.

My boyfriend and I are currently staying here over the weekend and upon arrival in the room we noticed it didn't seem as if they cleaned it. The trash wasn't changed, sheets were dirty, floors needed to be swept and the trash wasn't changed. I immediately called the front office and they sent up housekeeping and everything was cleaned up very well. I notice all the other comments about roaches and I agree they're nasty but if you're paying a cheap price you pay for what you get and realistically speaking roaches live in hotels, apartments especially if they've been built in the 70's and 80's. If you want something spectacular go to the holiday inn or something 100 a night. This hotel has bad reviews but they've really changed up a lot with how they operate !!

Room had no heat and they refused to switch our room even though i explained that i had a small child staying with us. They have roaches. Sink had hair on it when we arrived. They left dirty wash clothes and towels in the room. Ice bucket was nasty. The sheets were stained with what looked like blood. floors and walls were dirty. There's a giant crack next to the air conditioner leading outside so its super cold. The Internet sucks, majority of the time you cant connect to it. Manager was extremely rude. I asked about the heater 2 days in a row then when i said i want all my money back some guy shows up with a portable heater. I will never stay here again.

Room was smelly, I say that nice. Leaky faucet, no closet and the chair had stains I can't imagine what they were. Let's talk about the bed Hard as a brick! If your money is funny and change is strange keep moving you can find something better. The people there are pleasant and nice. Owners need to improve property. Good luck!!

This hotel has definitely been the worst I've ever stayed at and I have travelled the entire continental United States and out of country. We got here around 11 p.m. and we're put into room 333. The AC did not work, the toilet did not flush, and the bed was broken to where half was touching the ground. We were then moved to room 315 about 30 minutes later. The air conditioner did not work whatsoever. We waited over an hour for it to cool down because we didn't want to be a bother. After it did not cool off at all we finally decided to talk to the front desk person. He had us wait until almost 4 a.m. to put us in another room (127 ). This room had working a.c. but as soon as I stepped around the bed I stepped into a puddle of dog urine. I sprayed some of my wife's perfume to cover the smell and went ahead to sleep until I could speak to the manager the following morning since there were no other room options at the time. When I went to speak with him I was told he wasn't actually there and that there no option for me at the moment. He said housekeeping would make sure to get the smell out of the room. When we arrived back at the room tonight we were attacked by flees. My wife went up front and after 20 minutes of telling him the situation he finally contacted his manager and moved us to another room. 113 is one of their "newly renovated" rooms. The carpet is loose and lumpy which has proven to be a slight tripping hazard to my pregnant wife, but manageable enough for our last few hours in the dump. I would recommend spending the extra money if rooms are available elsewhere.. this has been a terrible experience and I will make sure to add this to my "avoid" list.
